Great sound quality! Charge lasts a long time! Pairing can be a pain.

Sound is better than I expected, very light and comfortable for the ears

I bought these to drown out the wind while riding my motorcycle. They do a great job with the correct earbuds. I also use them when walking my dog. They seem to cut out when the phone is in any of my pockets. The solution is to hold the phone in my hand. It’s a bit dicey adjusting the volume without accidentally forwarding or pausing the music.

Not a bad set of wireless headphones. Plus side 1: battery life is good 2. The portable charge is nice and you can use it to charge pretty much anything 3: sound quality is good Bad 1: the range is ok but you will get interference. It tends to happen when people around you have wireless headphone. My songs will go in and out Minus that not a bad set of headphones

really good earbuds. I sweat on them while working out and they still work great. The battery does last a good5-6 hours. The only issue I found with them is the touch gestures. The volume gesture is to sensitive. I've gotten used to it now so I still love them . The charging case is awsome. I comes with a cord on it. If JLab would make an app that we could change / or turn on/ off the touch gestures would be great . but all in all I Love them

These are the best i have WIRELESS headphone i have purchased. They fit very well if you are active and they sound is quality. The ither cool feat the charging case last 30 plus Hr. and the mic is clear when i use them for phone calls as well Very Impressed with these JLab headphones.

I have had many in ear buds. These sound great. The charging base is also nice as it will recharge so not always needing to find a place to plug in. Weight is good not too heavy and ears don’t hurt. They stay in place better then jbl and those are my second favorite ones.

This product was good but I started experiencing problems. It would sometimes only connect to one headphone and the headphones would not pair. While running it would switch headphones and it became annoying really quickly. I no longer use these headphones

I purchased these for running and I have not been disappointed in battery life or sound quality

Once these puppies are paired (a more simple process than I expected) the experience is very good. The audio quality of these is probably in the sub-$100 category, however the bluetooth functionality and other features make them worth their price. My BIGGEST gripe is the call quality. The mic often doesn't pick up your voice very well while moving around, and you have to sort of shield one with your hand to get better call quality. Pros: Solid sound quality with what I consider is enough bass They fit very comfortably They don't heat up with use The functions are easy enough to learn (pause-play-next) Cons: Mic quality is not what I would expect for $100+ bluetooth device You will not get 8 hrs of use out of them (more like 6, which is still good) These earbuds will occasionally "glitch" while pairing, which is easy enough to solve (place back in case to turn off, then hold power button until light flashes on)

I like the style and comfort. Fits perfectly on the ear. Still trying out all the perimeters...

The sound quality was impressive, the freedom from all wires and hardware wrapped around the back of my neck feels great and the amount of time they can be used before having to re-charge batteries is impressive.

Bought these for a vacation I took and love them. Great sound, and the case is a charger as well. Cool feature. Great item.

Well made, great sound, fit. Bluetooth horrendous, regardless of where I had my phone, bluetooth connectivity was by far the worst experience. Gave up after 2 days, headphones would lose sync and connectivity every few minutes. Hopefully v2 will address this major flaw.

They are good for running because they go around your ear. Easy to use but phone must stay in close proximity or they go in and out. Also the charging station doubles as a battery jumper pack that you can use to charge your phone or other devices. Good buy

These fit perfect. They do break in and out when they're paired and the sound quality is not as good as my beats. And, they really wear down my iwatch battery. I guess I like that there are no wires to rub and pull on the back of my neck but I wish these sounded better.

I was disappointed. While I liked the design, I attempted to charge the headphones and it seemed like they didn't connect properly to the charging dock. It's a very small connection so if you don't dock the earbuds exactly right it doesn't work.

Not sure if I just got a bad pair, but I had several issues. The charging case would not charge the headphones correctly. I also found the controls hard to use. I did like the fit and feel of the headphones, but had to return them due to the issues.
