So sorry to hear of the Bluetooth signal issues that you have run into with your Epic Executives. These should have a solid connection up to 30ft. Sounds like, unfortunately, a bad unit. I tried to take back to store but because it was past the year n my ark there was nothing they could do. I never even used these. I have a cheap $20 pair that works awesome. Just has short battery life. Wish I never got these

I'd say I did not use them more than 10 hrs in total. Then they stopped charging. I found that this is an issue that has affected others, and it is not limited to this particular product, but rather multiple products from this brand. Submitting a claim requires spending more money on postage to send the earphones back and waiting up to two weeks to get a replacement.
