    OK fit. Still lets in too much of background sound. Volume adjustments not loud enough. Wired backup option cumbersome. Battery life too short. NC barely detectable when turned on. NC is a different button and remains on after turning off unit.

    Earbuds are very fragile and break easily. With normal use the left cap broke off the left earbud and a wire broke off inside. The store will not back the product since it is past their "return period" although they initially recommended this product.

    Good noise cancelling

    If you are looking for earbuds with good noise cancelling ability, these are worth a try. First things first, the packaging was a bit excessive and took a bit to get opened up. If they were trying to make sure nothing fell out, that was accomplished. Next, there are several sets of ear bud choices but only one set that are like a memory foam which I have had a difficult time installing simply because they hole for the ear piece itself and somewhat large. With the other ones available, I’m sure you can find one that works. They came fully charged and thus far after about 8 to 10 hours of a mix of music and conference calls are still going at about 20%. My hesitation is around the music playback; it is average at best. There is a tool I have loaded on my iPhone that will “burn-in” the set and it says to use this for about 40 hours in order to get them to their peak performance. I will keep that going over the coming weeks. Where these excel is in the sound and noise cancelling when on a call. The manufacturer claims up to 90% noise cancelling and I think these are very close. I’d recommend these for you if you are on a lot of calls, have Bluetooth capable phones on your desktop and want to use something at work besides the handset that can pair to multiple devices. I have them setup to pair with my desk and iphone so I can switch between calls and music and I have not been disappointed.

    I've purchased many bluetooth wireless headsets. No different with this one. Expensive and unreliable. I just threw in the towel and bought a standard headset with wires. Unhappy with the outcome and the waste of money.

    Good Headphones, But Poor Noise Cancellation

    These headphones come packed with many great extras: a convenient travel case, plenty of ear bud options for the perfect fit, and cables to allow the headphones to plug into analog devices. They sound pretty good in my tests, too. Have good range, and they have good battery life. The “Active Noise Cancellation”, however, does not work. I have other headphones with this feature, but this pair does nothing to drown out air or engine noises. I can’t tell any difference with the feature on or off. As workout headphones, I think these are great. They’re comfortable and sound good. But the noise cancellation does not work, and if that is why you are purchasing the headphones, you had better look elsewhere.

    While out jogging with my dog the right side stopped working The wire fell out of the ear piece It was only the second time I used them Because it was a few days past the return period Best Buy basically said oh well

    Didn't work for my phone

    I originally bought these earbuds to be hands free with my phone at work. Anytime I answered my phone using the earbuds, the caller could not hear me. These may work great for music, but will not work for hands free phone calls.

    Good but not all that was promised

    If these were just regular in ear headphones, I'd rate them 5 out of 5. The sound is good and the fit is comfortable. My issue is that these are advertised as noise cancelling. That's a tall order with in ear headphones, their fundamental design doesn't make them all that likely to be effectively noise cancelling. The best noise cancelling headphones are over the ear, which makes sense. While I do appreciate the sound quality from these headphones, I just don't think they live up to everything promised. They do hit most of the marks though. They fit very comfortably in my ears, without feeling too big/. And they also feel snug at the same time, I'm not concerned that they'll come out of my ears unexpectedly. If you're looking for reliable, comfortable headphones with good sound, these will take care of that. And I definitely feel that the pros outweigh the cons here.

    Battery life only lasts maybe 2 hours from a full charge. Be careful when shutting them off cause you have to press two different buttons. If you dont you'll come back to dead headphones.

    These did not work for me. When talking on the phone, the person on the other line couldn’t hear me very well unless I held the microphone piece closer to my mouth; deafeated the purpose of wireless earbuds. Returned them.

    I would not recommend this product did not like it to sound what's not good the earpiece is kept falling out of my ear and it's very hard to maneuver the controls they are very awkward and

    After a few months the charging port has failed

    The charging port is broken and on inspection is just poorly engineered for a product that should alst years. Now I am trying to find a way to get it replaced but that is not clear in the Best Buy product history.

    I had complaints from clients, friends, and family that I sounded muffled. The background noise seemed to not be filtered. It did not stay on my neck and the actual earpiece was uncomfortable.

    Don’t Waste Your Time

    Purchased 2 for a last minute trip. Neither noise reduction worked & the volume control worked only on 1. Returned them both when returned. Spend the extra $ & get a Sony or Bose

    Not what I expected. The charging cord was hard to put inside to charge. Took back to Best Buy because I didn’t want to cause damage to the product. Other than that they were ok.

    Wearing buds is uncomfortable. Digs into your ears. No noise isolation. To hear properly, have shove buds in ears till it hurts. Constantly have to adjust buds to maintain sound stability.

    I bought these headphones for my son he loves them for about three months then one ear phone went out then about a week or so later both ear phones went out. I had to exchange them.
