Worked great at first. Battery life was extremely short. Didn't even last a year before the charging port broke inside, rendering it useless.

Bought this for my wife when we were going on our honeymoon. The charging port broke within a couple days. Had to return purchase

Not a good product at all. Broke after first week. Also, if you plan to return, do not forget any of the accessories. They will charge you.

These earbuds have horrible sound! Loaded up with features and the one thing they’re supposed to do well is AWFUL! Don’t buy.

JLab really has delighted me each time I use one of their products. This is no exception. Out of the box it pared easily with my phone. The active noise cancelation along with the well fitting ear buds work very well at isolating you from the outside world. I look forward to using these on my next flight. They are very comfortable and come with several adapters to fit into different shaped ear canals. The sound is rich and clean - totally worth the investment.

The plug for the charger broke 2 months after purchasing. Cheaply made.

I used these for about a month. They were used 4 hours a day and charged each day.

Didn't like the sound that these produced. Phone conversation was horrible.

Too much noise when talking on the phone. The sound is also muffled. Very poor product.

My wife had been wanting another pair of headphones for a while to use at her job to be able to play background music, cancel out other noises and during downtimes perhaps watch a movie as well. She had the Dre Beats that we got her on special from Best Buy a couple of years ago and they worked great most of the time but occasionally became disconnected from bluetooth and would have connection issues with her iPhone 7 Plus. When we received the new JLab Audio we immediately got them out to get them charged up (they were already partially charged) and later that day they were ready to roll. They paired quickly with her iPhone and she headed off to work. After about a week of using them she said she loves the sound, plenty of bass, they go very loud and she has had not a single disconnect issue moving around her office. And she says she's had not one issue with them running out of battery too soon either so they seem to have pretty good battery life on a charge. She's very happy with these and considers them a permanent replacement for the far more expensive, but flaky, Dre Beats. If you're considering these and you like in-ear type headphones we would strongly recommend them as a buy.

Didn't work from the outset, and nothing i did helped

Not knowing anything about this brand I was pleasantly surprised. In the box comes 12 different inner ear pieces and 2 different size exterior pieces which is what hold them in your ear. a mini usb charging chord and an USB to 3.5 mm stereo plug so you can plug into something if the battery wears out (you of course will lose the noise cancelling feature using the 3.5mm plug). There is a travel case included too. One of the inner ear pieces is a memory foam type material which I really liked. I was unable to find what I would call a great fit with the outer ear pieces. The small was too small and the large was too large. I did however achieve a good fit when I selected the right inner piece, which wasn't the memory foam. After getting them fit, they paired easily and the controls were intuitive as with other ear phones. I found wearing them behind the neck with the optional stiffener on the chord was the most comfortable. In front of the neck they were prone to pulling out of my ears due to the fit. The sound quality is very good, so much so it was pretty close to a much more expensive pair without active noise cancelling features. There is a sound difference but for the price and features well worth it.

The newest noise canceling earbuds from Jlab Audio are lightweight, comfortable and easy to use. Bluetooth pairing was easy as any device. I had them connected to my smartphone in no time and I also connected them to my bluetooth enabled hi-fideltiy MP3 player. The sound from both devices was great and noise canceling is a huge bonus, cutting out most if not all ambient noise around me. They come with a charging cable, different size earpieces for a custom fit and a carrying case. There also is a rubber sleeve to help give the cable between the earpieces giving the cable a solid feeling while not sliding around on the back of your neck. My only complaint is that the carrying case is barely big enough for the earbuds with the rubber sleeve. I would have loved to see the case slightly larger to make packing them up a quicker task. As they are it does take some time to get everything into the small case.

These headphones are ok. Sound quality not amazing. I put on song that has a lot of bass and turned the volume all the way up, the bass was good but it didn't get that loud. You get quite a few different ear buds so finding one to match you shouldn't be that hard. The cloud memory ear buds was a disappointment, couldn't get them to attach to the headphones. The cord was a little long for me, I prefer to put them behind my neck and I just felt like it was too much if your using them to work out. The button controls I felt were way too big on such a thin cord. Just not a good design. I like that it comes with accessories to compliment the headphones, the carrying case, the neck band, the aux cord so that makes it ok. I rather have great sound quality and design over accessories.

These earbuds fit great and come with a lot of different silicone pieces to work with. Also has a great carying case. The sound quality was impressive for the price point, but the noise cancelling feature was a let down and people around me could hear everything I was listening to. The packaging was difficult to figure out how to open.

I have a pair of the regular wireless Jlabs. They are great as well, but the best feature on these is the noise cancelling option. I can workout and listen to music in pretty much complete peace. The options for ear pieces is great as well. The flap helps hold the earbud in place. The slatted earbud is a great addition as well as I normally have problems keeping foam buds in my ear. These slatted pieces worked well and didn't fell out. The sound quality is very good as well. Charge lasts and lasts. The only issue I had was the first time I tried to pair it...I couldn't get it but I didn't read the instructions either. I haven't had a problem since.

Review for JLab Audio - Epic Executive Wireless Noise Canceling Earbud Headphones - Black I really like these earbuds! They have great sound and the (removable) neck band keeps them in place when I’m moving around. They come with interchangeable ear cushions in a variety of shapes and sizes. They are water resistant and sweat proof! The downside: I was disappointed in the noise cancellation feature; I had to check to see if it was actually on! Since this seems like a big selling point for these earbuds, I can’t give them five stars, but the sound, comfort, and excellent microphone still make them a good buy.
