Good earbuds
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Earbuds quickly synced up to my IPhone Bluetooth with no issue. First thing I noticed was the weight of the earbuds while they were hanging down. The size of the volume control and microphone on the earbuds are a little on the heavy compared to other earbuds I own. (Not a complaint, just an observation.) My only issue is the volume doesn't sound as high as other earbuds, but it's not a dealbreaker. No issues when using the microphone while making calls. People can hear me clearly. If you but these earbuds, you will not be disappointed.

Pure Sound
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Tall is the company's you've never heard of that end up putting together some of the best sound. The noise cancellation on these things are great and it comes with a battery charge meter on your phone so next to the Bluetooth icon there is a battery charge meter so there's no guessing how much battery is left I took it out of the box no charge noise cancellation on and it was at 90% can't wait to see what else it can do. The talk text on my phone is way better than my Beats. My Beats be picking up words I ain't never heard of. This is awesome

Sound great, easy to use
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These earbuds sound great and are easy to use. The controls are simple, pairing was painless. They come with a large variety of shapes and sizes for the ear tips, so you can play around with a lot of different combinations to get the best most comfortable fit, which is important since for the noise cancelling to work effectively the earbuds must fit your ears well. I also like that the set comes with a storage/carry case. I hate having loose earbuds floating around inside my pocket or briefcase.

OK, noise cancellation isn't that great
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. As far as headphones go, these are OK. The fit is pretty good once you find a nice combo of tips. The big thing with these are the noise canceling aspect. By default, any in-ear bud is going to have some noise canceling properties. So having an in-ear headphones with noise canceling feature seems a bit redundant. I thought it was intriguing to have this function in an in-ear headphones however, upon using these, there's not really any noticeable performance with the noise canceling enabled. When using the headphones, switching the noise canceling on/off doesn't provide any real difference. Pretty sad since with the noise canceling enabled, it'll drain the battery significantly. Overall, these are just normal headphones IMO. Nothing that really differentiate it from any other pair of mid-grade headphones.

Sounds Great But Awkward Design
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. As a runner, it is difficult to find a pair of earbuds that stay in the ear and have a low profile. I typically run at a pace that is faster than a normal jog so there is a fair amount of jarring that goes on. These headphones put most of the hardware in two pods that are on the cable. This is mean to lay over the shoulders. This is nice in that the earpods stay in the ear, however, at a higher pace, the hardware bounces so much they are very difficult to wear. I believe the design is great if you do slower or non-jarring workouts. The sound with these is excellent however. Noise cancelling works nice and the range of sound is very good. I would recommend these for individuals that do easier paced workouts or activities.

Headphones that aim to impress...
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was very excited to open these. The sound quality was great and they paired easily with any device. They are earbuds so they are a little light on bass but otherwise they aim to impress. The case they come with is really nice and the ability to virtually turn off ambient noises is great. It allows you to hear what you want. This brand is a great brand that really aims to please the consumer. Highly recommended.

Pretty Good
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The JLab Audio - Epic Executive Wireless Noise Canceling Earbud Headphones are overall pretty decent ear buds. Easy setup and clear sound. The noise canceling function works better than typical ear buds without that feature, but not as well as over-the-ear style headphones with noise canceling feature. These would serve better for use in an office or maybe on a plane.

Not so Epic
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.-These headphones have a very average sound quality which is disappointing compared to the price. very bad quality low's and highs. mid range is just OK. -the packaging is unnecessarily and overly complicated! but its not a deal breaker. - the BT connection is easy and consistent. - call quality is good. - noise cancellation is fine if you are someone who does a lot of calls for work while running or at the Gym, but there are better options with better sound quality for music.

Another Great Set of Earbuds from JLab Audio
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am loving these earbuds! I currently own another pair of JLab Audio earbuds that I use on a regular basis and these do not disappoint. This set or earbuds pack in a lot of features as some of the more expensive brands do but at a lesser price with the same audio quality. First off these have active noise cancelling to block off outside noise so you can concentrate on your music or whatever else you are doing. It comes with 5 ear tip sizes, 2 ear fins, aux adapter, micro usb cable, pop on neckband and a travel case. I like that they include a travel case to keep all your accessories, most do not include a case at all. I love the way these sound, clear and crisp and the right amount of bass with little distortion when turned all the way up. I would go with these any day instead of paying double for another brand name with the same features.

AMAZING Customer Service and best product EVER!!!!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. When I got my Jlab Epic Executive Wireless headphones for Christmas, the “Cloud Foam earbud (their brand name for the type of earbud tip)” tip was cracked down the middle and unable to be used. I contacted customer service to see if I could get the one pair of earbud tips replaced. They said it was no problem and they’d send out a replacement. When I got the package, it was not only the broken pair but a package of 5 or 6 “Cloud Foam” tips ranging from super small to really big. They were all black except one pair in the middle that was blue. Coincidentally, that blue pair was the pair I needed. However after using them twice, the Foam came apart from the plastic inside like the glue just wasn’t strong enough. So I called them again to see if they’d replace it. They agreed to send out another package of “Cloud Foam” tips to replace the one broken one. From the sound of things, I’ll get another package of 5 or 6. The guy who took my call was actually the one who processed the original order and remembered me. He knew where I was from and what my original problem was. Jlab’s Customer Service is AMAZING. I just asked for the one pair to be replaced but they sent me an entire set and I imagine I’ll get the entire set again. I could not be happier with their Customer Service!!! I also absolutely LOVE the headphones. When the Bluetooth battery dies, I can plug the charging cord into them and there is an attachment that converts them into “wired headphones” and they plug into whatever device you’re using whether it be a tablet or a phone. I can then use them until I’m done for the day and am ready to plug them into a charger. They are also noise canceling headphones. There is a button you can push that will make them noise canceling but it runs down the battery faster. It goes from over 11 hrs of usage time to about 7 hrs of usage. Still great battery life!!! BEST BLUETOOTH HEADPHONES EVER!!!!!

Better options exist.
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. So I was really happy when these headphones arrived only to have my bubble of happiness burst when I put these on. The first thing I noticed, and disliked, is how heavy the headphones feel. I think that's, in large part, due to the bulkiness of the pieces that house the controls (which functioned without issue). Aside from making calls, I also use bluetooth headsets to listen to music. The sound sounds so......generic, canned....cheap. I also removed the pieces that help "hold" the earbuds in your ear; they were a detriment to my comfort level instead of a help. They do, however, hold true to being noise-cancelling. Even if I wear my headset while working out (which I didn't do because I hate the weighty feel of this set), I crave and must have great sound. There are better headsets out there, imo, that would do a better job than these. I can't attest to the battery life because I refuse to wear these long enough to truly test it. Again, there are better sets out there.

Fantastic In-Ears
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The noise-cancelling works quite nicely for me and the battery lasts me a while (though I don't do extended periods of use often). It's quite stylish and it works great while working out too.

Good sound
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased these Dec 4, 2018. Broke by Jan 17, 2019. I did not register them, so I didn't get the year manufactures warranty and the return time has passed. I gave them 3 stars because until they broke, they were good headphones. The sound is great. There are a lot of earbud cushion size options, which is nice if you have small ears like me. They hold a charge for a decent amount of time. My headphones broke at the USB port, so I can't charge them anymore. The USB port doesn't hold the charging cord. I can't even get it to attach. I don't know why. So, if you do buy these, be careful of the USB port and register them on the JLab site.

You get what you pay for
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. If you're expecting audiophile level quality and amazing noise cancelling features, these aren't for you. These are budget noise cancelling headphones. If you take a look at the price of competing headphones, ones with noise cancellation are almost double the price and it shows. It works too some extent but, not near as good as the high quality headphones or there. The sound again, is ok. It's not great but, not terrible. It's on par with most headphones in this price range, probably on the lower end of the spectrum though. The sounds is just not as full and rich as other headphones at this price point and the nose cancellation features don't work well enough to warrant this price. Overall, I think you're better off just getting headphones at this price without nose cancellation. The sound quality trade off is just not worth it.

Noise cancelling and sound was good
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The ear buds have good quality sound and did a good job knocking out ambient noise. Unfortunately, after a week, one side stopped working. Will update my review after I receive the replacement.

Nice upgrade for battery life and durability...
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Got these as an "upgrade" to the JLab BT earbuds, hoping to get more battery life and a more durable design. Both expectations were met, along with some nice extra features on the Epic earbuds. Battery life is better than any other earbuds I have tried, easily lasting a full day at work playing music at medium volume. The noise cancellation is a nice feature, and is effective in reducing steady ambient noises like a fan or office "buzz" - less effective for intermittent sounds such as my wife's snoring. This is my first headset with noise cancellation, and all things considered I get better battery life from increasing the volume versus activating the noise cancellation. Durability is excellent, getting away from the micro-wires to something more substantial. Also like the optional neck band, which I thought would be uncomfortable but turned out to be barely noticeable and helps keep the wire behind the neck in place. Other headsets with the micro wires tend to slip to one side or the other, particularly when using the headset in bed overnight. Other nice extras are the generous set of earbuds and cush fins, a handy little carrying case. Phone calls are OK, not significantly better or worse than other models. Overall this is a earbud headphone that I don't worry about breaking a skinny wire or running out of battery before the end of the day (or night).

Better headphones out there.
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I wear around the neck bluetooth headphones every day. I use them all day at work and away from work. These are not going to work for me. I did like the extra piece of silicone that helps keep it in the ear if you're really active, and the noise canceling feature, but not much else. These included a silicone piece that goes around the wire to better keep it around your neck, but it still felt like it might slip off my neck. There are 2 plastic pieces a little lower down past the silicone piece. These will allow you to run the ear cables through them so they don't dangle so much, but I truly prefer the retractable earbud cables. These are very light, but that adds to the feeling they won't stay on. When using the noise cancelling feature, you could hear a slight buzz when it kicks on, then true silence when it kicks off which happens multiple times a minute. That was distracting. It comes with a case that's more for your extras than the headset itself. Included is a charging cable and an adapter. Rather than using another auxilary cable to wire these headphones in, the charging cable plugs into the adapter that has a 3.5 mm adapter. This makes that configuration very big and bulky. Multiple earbuds of all types and sizes are included as well. The box said these are "pre-charged" but they only lasted a few hours with minimal use. I can't give an accounting as to how long a full charge lasts because I wore them only that day. I charged them up to wear them again, but I was more comfortable with the ones I had when I got these.

Excellent Earbuds!
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These earbud headphones are just what I wanted. Easy to set up...just pair to your phone, easy to use...all controls are located on the adjustable wire. Great sound, and great noise reduction. I also like that included was an aux cable for your car. Highly recommend.

Can't beat them for the price.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Simply put... you would be very hard pressed to beat these for the money, I literally have to complaint and I'm super picky about sound quality and fit meaning normally I'd have a hang up but no! With a warranty it just seals the deal for me also. Second pair of jlab and I'm beginning to become a committed fan/believer.. I really feel like they tried to give you everything they could with these almost to the point of them not making as much money because of it but we know there getting there's lol.. well deserved though because I would have paid a bit more for the quality of this device.
