Lost My iPod Pro JLab Not a Replacement

Pros: Noise cancelling works good. Pairing is easy. Music sounds good. Fits in the ear canal very well. Cons: People can't hear me when I use the phone part. I sound very far away and soft they say. When not in use, those dangling ear buds are cumbersome I just tuck them under my shirt, but there should be a better solution like the magnetic holders my old ones had. If it can't be used for phone call on my iPhone XR then it is not functioning as advertised. Oh, well, I had high hopes for this substitution for my lost iPod and iPod Pro. I just bought another iPod Pro at Best Buy with the Catalyst carabiner and silicone skin to attach to my pants belt clip. I hope I can hold onto this one. I just love the iPod Pro, the noise cancelling is the greatest (I drive a convertible Corvette and even with the top up the iPod Pro cuts down about 90% of the noise when driving on a road trip in states where the speed limits are 80 mph. Best of luck.

These are the most comfortable ear buds I've tried. I was helping skeptical about the design, but they really work for me. Sound is very clear and very stereo. (I don't hear much difference with noise cancelling on, but I use over the ear headphones when that is important to me.)

I bought my JLab Audio - Epic Executive Wireless Noise Canceling Earbud Headphones because I wasn't satisfied with my old earbuds. This product does an excellent job of cancelling out ambient sounds and letting me enjoy my music and podcasts. It is a little heavier than other earbuds I have tried but the quality of sound overrides the weight.

The sound of the earbuds are awesome! The only thing I dont like is that with or without the neck piece attached, the earbuds dont stay around my neck too well. I have lost the o ce and it freaked me out. I got some headset clips and that solves the problem.

Pairing was quick & simple, and I’ve had no connectivity issues. Once they’re initially paired, they will automatically pair with each successive power-up. Overall, I was very impressed with the sound quality, comfort & battery life. Ordinarily, I wouldn’t expect the additional noise canceling feature at this price point; so, that’s an added bonus. I would definitely recommend this for everyday & especially travel use. Sound: I compared these to a pair of lesser quality JLab Bluetooth earbuds & a pair of higher quality over-the-ear noise canceling headphones and was very surprised. With the noise canceling engaged, they were on par with my high-end headphones. The high notes were solid & the bass was much better than my other JLabs. Noise Canceling: For the price, it’s a nice feature, but it makes only a slight difference depending on the environment. I actually detected a low hissing sound, but it didn’t detract too much from the music quality. Controls: Very simple & easy to handle. Just 4 buttons - Power on/off/play/pause/Bluetooth pair, Volume up/track forward, Volume down/track backward, & Noise cancel on/off. Comfort: These earbuds are some of the most comfortable, light-weight, & secure in-ear that I’ve tried. It ships with 6 different gel cushion tips, including 2 sets of memory “Cloud Foam” tips. I started out with the standard gel tips which are very comfortable, but found the Cloud Foam tips to be even more snug. It also includes “Cush Fins” which are unique to JLab. They serve as a stabilizer in the outer ear area. They’re comfortable & help secure the earbuds if you’re moving around or jogging. Also included is a pop-on neck band; however, I prefer a minimalist feel without it. Battery Life: Although, they come mostly charged, I fully charged them prior to use. Using both active noise canceling AND Bluetooth, I got about 7 hours of use in the first round. I’m sure I would’ve increased battery life without noise canceling. Cables: It comes with a Micro USB charging cable (approx. 31”). As a nice touch, it also includes an adaptor for wired use. This is perfect for flying or, if you’re not able to recharge, they will still work with any laptop or smartphone.

Sound quality is great. Noise canceling is perfect. -1 star because, in a word, they are clunky. The two piece on either side are ridiculous if you’re doing something very physical. Although they aren’t necessarily designed for it, just be aware

Spouse had no complaints, although this was her first device in this category. Cheaper than Jaybird sport options (even when discounted for Black Friday). Fine for professional who is looking for day to day use. Nice for talking on the phone.

Overall, I like these ear buds. Sound is good. However, they have to be paired every time I turn them on. Also, when turn them off, I need to turn Bluetooth off so that the sound will come back through the phone’s speaker.

JLab Epic earbuds fit into the ear very comfortably and the sound is excellent with the Noise-cancelling turned on. Wear these while working out in a noise filled gym.

If you’re looking for the best sound quality out there, these are not it. However they do provide a decent sound experience with a good design. They are aesthetically pleasing to wear. Deep bass notes can be overwhelming. 3.5 stars.

This product works well, and is very clear as far as hearing on both my end as well as the person on the other end of the phone. I have not used it for music listening yet, but believe that will be very good as well. My only complaint would be that it is not real comfortable to wear, and I can't wear them for long periods of time.

Bought as a gift. First use at work and they lasted 2-3 hours, contrary to what box said it would last. Fully charged them and each time got they still only lasted 3-4 hours. Finally returned them and bought Apple Air Pods and Air Pods last longer and charge in minutes and then ready to go again!

The noise cancellation feature works great, but the battery life isn't all that great when listening to music. The range you can be away from the device is little to nothing before it disconnects. I would have thought for the price of this bluetooth headset, the performance would be on a higher scale.

Its done a decent job. I am a very very heavy user, and it lasts my whole shift and a little bit more. (Roughly around 12hrs) before it actually shuts down on me.
