Great for cancelling noise on plane rides

Bought these for the long 25 hour flight to Vietnam. They were wonderful for when I wanted to cancel noise in order to concentrate on work. I also put them on to sleep (on the plane) and slept for hours undisturbed. Last, I used to them to watch TV on the plane (also cancelled the noise), and they worked great. I highly recommend them.

The cords were a little too long for the kids. Not sure why they were that long and would be annoying if you ran with them. Everything else worked fine with them

I have tried several brands and types of headphones and these are my favorite. One great option is the ability to plug into a jack on a plane. Plus these are comfortable and can wear them all day long. I travel a bit and I don’t have any trouble with other hearing men when sitting in the airport in a noisy environment.

Very nice sound, but even after charging for 12 hours, the charge did not hold. If good battery, I would think about buying again.

the quality of the product with excellent and exceeded all my expectations. I would certainly purchase another product of this brand and I would also like to take the staff that and help me at Best buy. I was not certain on which brand I wanted to purchase and they suited me exactly the way I needed

I like these headphones. The one thing I do not like is if you do not put the extra support on it's very light and can fall with out you noticing. Does have great sound though and ok battery life. I dont really notice too much of a difference with the noise cancellation though. I just keep it off ro save on battery life

Better than expected

Ive had these for a few days and I have to admit that they are better than expected, minus a few minor issues. I normally use my Bose Soundsports or Beats PowerBeats3's. The JLab's are comfortable, came fully charged and multiple sizes of ear attachments to fit most people. They also come with a carrying case and a neckband.
These were pretty easy to pair and to my surprise, i was able to connect two devices at once. Once you pair them to your devices and then power them on, they will automatically connect to both devices. I liked this feature as i typically work from my MacBook, but use my iPhone X also to play and stream music.
The sound quality is just ok. I wasn't overwhelmed by the quality, but there was no distortion or drops either. I really didn't notice any difference in the sound when I turned the noise cancellation on or off. It basically sounded the same. The noise cancellation overall was pretty good, more comparable to the Bose SoundSport in that aspect.
The minor issue i have with these it the button setup. On both my Bose and Beats, pressing the middle button skips tracks or pauses the music. The JLab's center button dials the last number called. I accidentally dialed a number several times. Like i said this is minor, but kind of annoying, but doesn't affect the overall performance of these earphones.
I would recommend these to a friend, but would go with the Bose over these earphones.

I purchased these for my son. He has used the jlab wired earbuds for years and loves them. He is homeschooled and does a virtual online academy and uses them for it as well as with his Xbox and his phone. I had just gotten him a new phone and he said he would to have a wireless pair to use , especially while riding his bike. We had looked at some different ones and decided to get the jlab since he loved the wired ones so much and they had been so reliable. So of course based off of our years of using the wired ones with such good luck I didnt register the new ones, and 2 days past the 30 day return policy the right earbud quit working. I purchased them 3/31/21 and it is 5/13/21. When they were delivered i was very impressed with the packaging and they were very easy to use for school, with the Xbox, and his phone. Obviously, my son used them more than i did but he was very happy with them until the right one quit working. We were both very disappointed with them and upset with all the longer they lasted. Some of the cheap wired ones have worked for years and seemed to be of better quality and durability. We are currently looking into a different pair and a different brand.
