My son loves these head phones! He says the sound quality is awesome and the noise canceling is great for blocking out his little sisters ranting! "I'm like really kid" but if he's happy then so am I!

Purchased to be used by friend who is bothered by fire crackers and loud traffic. These allowed her to listen to her favorite tunes without hearing the 4th of July fire crackers

The sound quality is great however the battery life could be better

I purchased these earbuds for my husband for his 70th birthday. He wanted soft ear inserts and an excellent sound with noise canceling.... BINGO! These do the job... he loves them!!

Sound is good on headphones, when running a little clunky

So far the ear buds are great. I really like that I can use them with and without WiFi. I also like the band that goes around the the thin wire.

There a decent product. Definitely good starter kit.

Great headset for an active person. With the wire cover on it stays on my shoulders during all types of activities. The battery seems to last about 6 to 7 hours on a charge.

These do not hurt my ears. I have had trouble pairing from time to time. The battery life is not as long as I would like before I get low battery, but have proven to last through the day.

Sound good but mic. Doesn't pick up the voice well

Bought these thinking that they are not as nice sounding as my beats. Let me tell you I was so wrong. They sound awesome. Only Wishing my son would give them back.

The noise canceling is equal to the amount you are spending. They are pretty good. 4 stars but they come with wired accessory so +1 star :D

I tried the Klipsch, which sounded good, but only work with iPhone. These sound just as nice, and I like having a 3.5mm option to connect on airplane, or if the battery is not charged.

Noice cancelling did not work. Emailed for warranty claim. It took several days for a response. Response included case number. Email said to file claim on websote--this only gave me a second case number. Emailed about claim and two case numbers because directions were unclear. Recd email not to mail faulty item. Just send picture of destroyed item. Several days later recd email about credit for new item but credit value was not the full sale price I paid. Emailed again today (5/23/20, a month now since first asked for help). Called originally after 20 minute wait only to be disconnected so started emails. Very frustrating! JLAB is very busy, with claims??

The quality of the head set is very good. The style is comfortable around the neck and easy to operate. However, the noise cancelling in-ear buds could be improved on.

Not great. Not awful. The noise isolation works as advertised, but the volume controls work about 50 percent of the time. You have to reconnect the device constantly when they stop working. But I was looking for something cheap, so I got what I paid for.

Easy to use, holds a good battery charge, very comfortable while running. Careful of the rubber "fins" that come with it as they can fall off and there are no replacements.

My daughter really enjoys these earphones as they fit her ears better than any other brand . The noise canceling feature is wonderful

Sound quality is not good for the price; poor bass/lower frequency response gives the music an overly bright/harsh tone. Sound quality is comparable to a $15 earbud. Bluetooth connection constantly cuts in and out if the cell phone is more than 1 foot from headset. Noise canceling only activates about 1 out of every 40 attempts to turn it on. When noise canceling did come on, it was of minimal benefit. I have other noise canceling headsets & earbuds that work much better. On the upside, the headsets were comfortable and there’s a nice variety of earbud cushions. I returned these earbuds.

These ear buds deliver a great sound and I do not regret buying them. Being rechargeable instead of using batteries is a great feature.
