    Not impressed

I wasn't impressed with these earbuds. The sound quality won't blow you away, but it's fairly decent. The control buttons that are attached to the chord are fairly heavy. It wasn't the most comfortable to wear. My biggest gripe is the constant interference type noise when I enable the noise canceling feature. I hear a constant high pitched noise, This was a deal breaker for me.

I am a JLab fan now!

I bought this set of earphones from the JLab website directly simply because they offered a better discount. I was exploring brands and JLab was one of the brands that I decided to try. I decided to buy the Epic Executive because of their neckband design (the earphones rest easier in ear with the neckband design). They come with 4 different sizes of earbuds and a pair of larger ear fins. The sound out of the box sold me on this pair. I do not like to fiddle with the EQ settings to my preference, I'd rather have my preference out of the box. The thing I like about the sound is that the highs, mids and lows are present. It is apparent that the different ranges are clear, not muffled. They come with an instructions booklet and a case. Aside from the micro USB charging cable, they also have an adapter so you can use the headset as wired.

I rated them a 3, but it should be more like 3.5 Great sound and call quality then many other in it's price range. very light weight, can hardly tell I'm wearing them. The problem is the extremely long cords, what is the point of having wireless earbuds that have really long wires. The groves provided to house the cords in order to adjust the length does not hold the cords for very long with little to no movement. The overall construction seems really cheap. Also, this is day one and I am already on my second pair. My first pair, the right side did not work right out of the box. I liked the sound from the left ear bud, I figured I would give them another try. I hope that is not a mistake. These will work for me as long as they hold up for my everyday use (calls, music). But I could not see anyone trying to workout with these. If you do buy these, you should probably get an extended warranty from your place of purchase, your going to need it.

    Terrible headphones!

I got these earphones in December and I'm very disappointed to say the least. There are several things to complain about. Lets start with the microphone, it doesn't work at all. I always have to disconnect the Jlabs when calling because everyone keeps saying "I can barely hear you" when I try to talk in them. The sound quality is poor compared to other in ears I've had, but I guess it is okay. I've had the earphones for about three to three and a half month and the quality is terrible. - If I put the wires in the things were you are supposed to adjust your length they just fall out right away. - One of the logos on the outside of the earphone has fallen of. - The left speaker barely works anymore, the sound on that one is about 20% of the right one. - The earwebbing was good at first, but is all worn out and to soft now, it doesn't keep it in place and the earwebbing falls of the earphone easily. - When I use the noice-cancelling it starts to buzz on and off. This is with normal daily use. I keep them in the provided bag when I don't use them and I otherwise I take care of them. Don't buy them!

Dead in just over a month!

The headphones themselves aren't bad, comfortable fit, decent noise cancelling and pretty good sounds. Of course none of this matters much when they are dead after about 35 days.

    Good sound, cheap build

The sound was good, noise cancellation worked ok, if external sound was high, it would just add a layer of white noise. Biggest issue, they went completely dead after 29 days. Would not charge, would not power on, totally dead. Would not buy again.

Average Sound, Poor Noise Canceling, Unusable MIC

I've had a simple Jlab wired in-earphone for years and I loved the sound quality and wire resistance, so I decided to give this wireless NC phone a try back in August. The first impression wasn't good: the sound quality was way inferior than my good old Jlab in-ear. Ok, then I tried to use the Noise Canceling in a few different flights and it only cancels low frequencies, while the high frequencies (like babies crying) are pretty much there so you have to compensate by turning your music volume up as much as you can. And to close my bad experience, the MIC is horrible even when you are in a quite environment, whoever is talking to you always complain of "background noises too loud" or "I can barely hear you". I'm so disappointed, I had such a good image of Jlab and I'm not even using the phone anymore. I feel like I lost the money spent and I wish I could trade it for something I could actually use. Didn't get lucky on my first Bestbuy purchase.

    Worked for six months

At first they were great and the noise cancelling definitely worked. About two months in the microphone stopped working so I couldn’t use them to talk on the phone. After six months they stopped charging. Even when I bought them they had issues connecting to my phone.

    Neither connects nor cancels

I wanted a simple wireless headset so I could listen to tunes and protect my hearing while cutting the lawn. At first these seem to connect fine to my iPhoneX but as soon as I started my lawnmower the music kept cutting out and back in. Several times a minute. Really, Really annoying. AND noise cancelling on or off made no difference I could detect in the sound level of the mower reaching my ears. IMHO not worth even the $100 I paid. I returned it and got the more expensive, but worth the price, Sony XB95ON1 muffs, which work great.
