Sound excellent + mic pickup is excellent the only knock for me is the earcups i wear glasses and it presses the ears tightly so my glasses legs are jabbed into my skull

I got these because there was a sale and i wanted a good wireless headset and i just used the lesser non-epic version to some degree of luck minus the first second being cut off of calls at my call center job...so I gor these with the hope that one poor aspect on the other one would be fixed. I was very wrong. When connected via dongle, which is normally more reliable that bluetooth (which reliablity is all that matters when you use a headset at work)...it still cut out the first second. Then after a small amount of use it would go entirely silent for so long I was unable continue to work on it, as this is my Job and I can't take those kind of risks taking calls while it doesn't work constantly. I even connected it with my phone and updated the software to see if that was an issue. Still continued to cut out for long enough periods of a time (minutes in the three times I gave it) while connected via dongle...and still cuts off the first full second. When working at a call center if you miss that first second, you miss an indicator letting you know you have a call, that is a huge deal. Just seems like JLab dropped the ball on these. I also found I was entirely unable to mute the lesser ones while in a teams conversation, but this one of course lets you. However, the flip up microphone mutes typically eventually also give way and stop working or break the microphone connection as well. Nothing about this felt good. Returned and refunded. Not worth the sale price unless you only use teams at work...and seldom. Otherwise still plenty of other options. I ended up with Poly Voyager 2.

Buy them, you will not regret it. I use them 60-80 hrs a week for work and they're amazing. they are comfortable too and easy to charge.

Works great when connected to desktop usb with dongle for long zoom calls. Also works great with bluetooth on my cell phone. I work from home with barking dogs so the noise cancelling mic is priceless. Coworkers say they hear me perfectly. Sound quality is impressive even for music with nice bass.

Theses are very comfortable to have on for 10 hours a day

While these do technically work, they are extremely muffled and getting them to connect reliably is an issue. I wish I had tried out a few other headsets before buying these

Replaced a different brand with these, work very well with Dragon for voice dictation. I will mention that Windows 24H2 killed Dragon’s ability to dictate into certain webpages so I had to downgrade back to 23H2. But these headphones are really good and very convenient.

This product has made my life easier as a realtor I am constantly making calls and also working editing videos and marketing and this is all I needed , plus with the notice cancellation feature I can focus and not get distracted by other people around me . Highly recommended

Thought about just using regular AirPods to conduct meetings was told that this would be better. And it did not disappoint. My wife makes some noise while I’m in meetings. The noise canceling works perfectly.

Giving this 4 stars because they squmy head and I am not able to adjust them because they are metal. But tge sound quality is amazing.

I liked the basic design and sound, but although it paired with my samsung galaxy, it would not pair with my bluetooth capable panasonic desk phone. Tech support was no help. Also, it paired, then unpaired frequently.

It’s not easy finding the right headset for work. This one is great and works with all my programs. Definitely will recommend to friends and family.
