I bought the ear buds as a birthday gift for my daughter-in-law. She really appreciated the gift and told me that was her favorite color and that they work great.

If you get these on sale they’re an incredible bang for your buck! Battery life for days compared to my apple earbuds. The audio quality and noise cancellation is not on par with apple but when you need to use for hours on end without constant stopping to charge or using 1 at a time these are the way to go!
I love the vibrant high impact colors make them so much easier to find in and around the house. The customized ear bud sizing is great I ave small ears so most ear buds are uncomfortable and oftentimes hurt my ears. Not with these - using the smallest size they fit snugly without hurting my ears.
I can be on calls easily 4-5hrs without stopping to charge compared to about 2hr on my apple earbuds. I love using these for listening to audiobooks, taking phone calls and podcasts. They’re everyday useful. I’ve had for about 5mo working well with no issues.
The best feature is the built in usb charging cable - no more lost or tangled cables!
I bought 6 pairs and gave away 5 as gifts for the holidays. They were very well received by all.
They connect extremely fast. This is sometimes a drawback because they seem to broadcast even when in the case and sometimes over ride my apple earbuds so I need to forget this device in BT settings to use my other earbuds. Minor issue but if it happens to you just forget the device and re-pair later.

They work as earbuds, but have weird issues with notifications. When I use them on my phone, they consistently tell me the power level they are at with a little pop up. I can't seem to find where to turn it off, so if I actually want to watch my screen, it'll be blocked by the notification every minute, telling me the batteries have gone down 1% if at all. I also don't like the charger.
MUCH better than you would expect for the price...

I bought these for my wife and my two youngest daughters so they could experience wireless audio and the convenience of it all.
My wife uses them in the car for her bluetooth audio of choice with her phone. She loves them so much she uses them with the PC in work and at home too. She is very happy and the clarity is good when I call her in the car - plus only she can hear me (which is usually a good thing).
The girls 15 & 11 are extremely fussy consumers and only the best will do for them. They are both very hit & miss with gadgets I buy for them (mostly miss - truth be told). However - they are never without one or both of these in their ears at all times. Most used gift ever and they love the convenience of the charging case as well as the amazing "always right way up" USB charging cable built in.
They pair effortlessly and the audio quality is surprisingly excellent too. Seriously - so comfortable and such a great range of sound.
I was so impressed I went back and got a pair for myself (and I have about 15 sets of headphones for ALL kinds of uses and deployment). I love them as they are just so versatile and easy to use but do deliver surprisingly good audio as well as functionality.
You cannot go wrong with these guys - perfect.

Having never tried True Wireless Earbuds before, I was afraid to buy one of the premium models from Sony or Bose (can't speak for Apple since I have an Android phone), but I heard good things about JLab's Earbuds and decided to give them a try. Now, look at the price. About 1/5th to 1/10th the price of premium earbuds from the big companies. Obviously at this price point it'll lack fancy features like Noise Cancelling and lack the sound quality, call quality is about non-existant and the touch controls aren't perfect. I knew that going in, but I find myself not caring with this pair. Battery life is crazy good, sound quality is decent, and the comfort (particularly when I bought eartips from Comply Foam) is phenomenal. And the convenience is priceless. If you're looking for cheap earbuds or have never tried earbuds before, this is the product to get since you'll be satisfied with the price and find out cheaply if earbuds are right for you or not

Considering I got these earphones on sale for just $12.99 (not including tax of course), I can't complain about them. So far they have been functioning without any issues, and the sound quality is, at the very least, perfectly acceptable (although I think I'm not extraordinarily picky when it comes to sound quality lol). At the end of the day, it was a great deal at that price. These are basically a backup pair of earphones for me, in case I can't find my other ones or something.
Bit of a tangent: In the past I've bought Jabra Elite earphones, which I considered to be a pretty huge splurge - I wanted something special. Well, they sounded great, but unfortunately I lost them not long after buying them lol... Then several months later, I bought another pair, and I literally lost that pair within a couple days of receiving them lol... Lesson learned: I don't plan on buying any more expensive, high-end wireless earphones anytime soon, because most likely I would inevitably just end up losing them again lol... It's a serious problem I have haha... So, the nicest thing about these earphones for me is that I won't have to worry about losing them - $12.99 is nothing to cry about. And, honestly, I think they're quite good for such a low price.

This is my second pair of these Jlab - Go Air Pop earbuds. My previous pair starting getting static and other problems after abut 3 years. They sound clear, and they are one of the few ear pods that don't fall out of my ears. I've tried several others, but I have a hard time getting them to stay put. I can put these on and be ine long phone calls or listen to podcasts or music on walks all over town, on the subway, bus etc. They stay put, which is great.

These work great. Good sound, volume, etc. They pair quickly and easily with my devices, and the price was reasonable.

Good enough but a design flaw. The shape and size of the buds makes it hard to get them out of the case. Fingers have trouble gripping them. Maybe if they were more silicone coated it would be easier. Or... change the shape slightly to make them easier to get out.

I like my budget earbuds.
Had a 40$ pair last, did the job.
Just wound up losing both of em after a year.
I'm not a fan of Jlab, and their touch activated controls for all their stuff. But at 20$, I had to check them out.
Form factor for case and buds are fine, nice and small.
Sound is fine. I'm not a sound enthusiast, I just listen to podcasts and Youtube. Nothing bad here, as good as my last pair, if not a bit better.
Zero issue connecting them to my phone. Range not the best, but rarely a problem for me.
The real standout of this one is the battery life, especially for the price.
My last paired lasted about 4-5 hours, each bud.
This one?
One bud [left] lasted for almost 8 hours, pretty much my full work shift.
Changed them out, and within 20 minutes, maybe less, that one was already back up to 100%. (I switched back to left to have my right ear free while working in my home office, due to home layout)
Absolutely impressive, especially for 20$.
