Dead after Four Months

Also, after having them for only four months, they have quit charging! And the free YouTube 3-month subscription that came with them? Yeah, that came with an expired code. Thank you BestBuy. I contacted your customer support twice about that to no avail.

You cannot adjust the fit without hanging your call up and your caller cannot hear you very well. As far as listening to music they perform decent but I bought them for calls mainly.

Also if i had known that i had to get the extended warranty for best buy to fix them i would have bought them some where else.

I was looking up and the sound changed to mono and when looked back downward and the speaker was stereo again.
