Unable to speak to callers. A lot of feedback saying they cannot hear me due to poor microphone quality. Fine for listening to music but not taking calls.

After using phone, the device can't be turned off without turning bluetooth. Also, it has a tap style button that is not responsive & easy to miss with you finger when tapping.

Purchase these to work out I work out long hours versus the water damage in the sweat does not mess it up very

I had the opportunity to try these out, and while they won't be my daily drivers, they do make for a nice set of budget-friendly exercise ear buds. The volume is more than adequate, so much so that they could almost be seen as a hazard if wearing them while road running, but they do a good job of drowning out gym noise but its by volume and not because of a good seal. You'll hear your music, but everyone else will too. There are 8 EQ presets, but I didn't notice a great deal of difference between them. Bass is slightly underwhelming, but the highs are clear. These ear budsare fairly comfortable, and the hooks didn't dig into my ears while doing a good job of keeping the ear buds in place while jogging or cycling. Pairing was easy with both my Android phone and my Samsung Galaxy 4 watch i never got more than about 20 feet from my phone, but I didn't have any connectivity issues. Battery life was around 6 hours for the buds, but I listened at high volumes so I'm sure that impacted the battery life. These buds are rated IP5 sweat-resistant. I use them multiple days for multiple workouts and they've held up to sweat in 100+ degree heat very well.

This was a waste of time. Veey disappointed with this purchase.

These ear buds will not answer your phone calls as advertised very disappointed with battery life as well. I wish I could return but I didn’t open and until after the return period.

Broke within 2 months. Return process under warranty was a huge hassle.

Waste of money dont buy. My right headphone stopped working and i filed a claim with JLab directly. They want me to pay to sennd them back to them to repair them. The cost to ship they is money then what they cost. Don't buy

It says that they are waterproof and sweatproof yet didn't last half a day while I was cleaning my house.

I have a hard time finding earbuds that are good for heavy activity such as working out or being active that don't fall out constantly and stay in easily. I've been using these while both at work and at the gym and they've been great so far. I've tried a few different pairs of JLab headphones and these are great quality like their other models as well. These are on the lower end of the price spectrum so they're great if you're looking for a more inexpensive option that could be lost or replaced cheaply. The neon yellow color is great because it prevents me from losing these as they stand out a lot color wise. The package includes the charging case, headphones, and additional rubber earbuds to make it fit better. The charging case has an attached retractable USB so you don't have to worry about having a charging cord when needing to bring them on the go. These are super easy to connect to bluetooth. Overall, the sound quality is really good especially for the price point. They're comfortable and stay in even during activity.

The audio quality was beyond bad. I threw them out in frustration instead of returning them. That was a mistake. These earbuds are a scam.

Sound quality is garbage. The smallest amount of sweat puts these on the fritz. One earbud stoped working completely after just a few months.

Got these some 4 weeks ago and all was well initially. Right earbud sopped playing after a week. No power seem to be going to it at all (no blue light). Trying to troubleshoot but not working. May have to return them.

I bought these 2 months ago and after only 5 or 6 uses the left ear bud stopped working. None of the suggested tips for resolving the issue worked.

Don’t recommend, sound quality is not great, charge doesn’t last long either.
