poor sound quality, does not read notifications, not able to control audio from headset (either volume up or down only adjustment from headset), overall I want a refund, this is not a good buy.

It was not for me but daughter seems to like it. No complaints so far.

These sounded tinny and like a 50 year old transistor radio used to sound, and aren't a model that's adjustable with the app. I returned them,

I’ve had to replace them once and I’ve only had them for 6 weeks. The new pair is terrible as well because I can barely hear through them.

Right out of the box they didn’t work. Could not hear when someone talked on their phone.

It does the job really well for the price, easy to put on

Opened up the JLab Go Air Sport True Wireless Earbuds and didn’t have high expectations for them. I have several JLab buds, but at this price point, I thought they were going to be average. Then the yellow color made me think they were going to be for kids, something they could lose and not hurt their pocketbooks. Well, that turned out not to be true. So, inside the box I find the nice JLab charging case, but in yellow, lol. Also in the top flap, there are four additional earbud covers, large and small. Medium ones are the default and installed on the buds. So, I go to charge this up and the case doesn’t have the usual JLab charge port, hence no USB cable in the pack. I flip the case over, and it’s got a built-in, very short USB/A dongle. Handy and nice until it breaks. I got to remember to be gentle with this case! So, I charge up the unit for a few hours and then open it up. I find paper stickers under each bud and think it didn’t charge, but it did…whew. I’m not sure why the paper insulators were there, but I take them off and chuck them in the trash. I try out the buds just the way they came, with the medium covers and they sound tinny. Absolutely no bass, not even with the EQ set to bass boost. They feel tight and I should be getting a great sound, but I don’t. I press them in my ears with my fingers and I hear the bass for a second, then my Android phone goes nuts. I’m pressing both buttons on the buds and the phone doesn’t know what to do first. So, I figure put on the small ones, they’ll go in and seal up. Nope, sounds just as bad. Well, last shot, the big ones. Maybe they’ll cover the ear canal and sound great. Great…no, but we have bass. With the EQ still set on bass boost, it sounds pretty good. I can tell they’re not the most expensive buds available, but I could use them for a while, during a workout or yard work. They don’t get loud enough and not a thud bass, but at the highest volume and bass, it would be okay. Overall, I’d recommend them to a friend if this is the price point, they have in their budget. If they had a few more bucks, I’d say pony up and buy a little better JLab product. I love the buds and you get what you pay for. I’d give them a three overall, but a four at this price. So, four stars is based on this item’s competition.

These ear buds are crap. Tried for 2 hours and could only get one ear bud to pair. I have NEVER had a good experience with Jlab!!!!!! I will NEVER buy their products again !!!!!!!

These worked great for a week or so, then the right one just stopped working. I'm not sure what's up, but we'll see how they are once I warranty these.

Don't like the fact that they don't stay on your ears even tho they have the loop around the ears.

Earbud bluetooth is trash and it will not charge. Stay away!

Hearing quality is poor with these headsets, caller can barely hear you

Don’t like them. Wanted to return but threw the box away. Sound quality sucks. also sounds like some robotic stuff is going on in the background.

These lasted about 3 weeks before they died. I think sweat got in them or something.

These are great earbuds! They sound really good, definitely comparable to much higher end ear buds. There are 3 sound profiles you can choose between and all sound nice, just depends on what you are listening to at the moment. The loop that goes around your ear is nice when your more active. They won't fall out and get lost like the regular ones. At first I was having an issue with the left staying snug. I thought the ear loop was too short and needed to be adjustable. Try all the sizes of the tips included, when I switched to the larger size, it stays now. I do hope they make the memory foam tips for these. I think they're much better for sound isolation. The silicone ones, you can hear yourself breathe, walk, move. Strange to get used to. I love this yellow/green color too, soo much easier to find. I'm always losing my black ones! Battery life is great! I mow for 5-6 hours at a time and these earbuds last longer than that! The case charges fast enough and recharges the earbuds at least 3 times. Setting these up the first time was a breeze. No extra app! Just take them out of the case and pair the Bluetooth on the phone. These are my new favorite pair.

Garbage. They sound thin and just terrible. My phone speaker is more useful

The earbuds did not fit my ears. I hope I can still return the item.
