Difficult to hear a phone conversation in a room with other conversation or appliance noise. Useless to me, back to using my old earbuds. Also, difficult to keep in ears despite claims to the opposite.

This is a good alternative for an affordable price. My only concern is it feels a little bit large for my ears even with the foam pads. But overall, great product !

Sound volume is low depending on source. For example some YouTube videos/audio plays louder than some apple music songs and videos. Great that it has actual touch features that more expensive ones don’t have. with that said you will never forget that these are cheap- but they will do do until you are confident enough to spend some real money on earbuds.
