I purchased two pair of these when they were on sale because the '20+ hours of playtime' hook caught my attention. However, the actual battery life in the earbuds in 5 hours. The charging case holds a 20+ hour charge. So, if like me you use the earbuds for more than 5 hours, you have to take them out, and put them in the charging case to recharge ever 5 hours. I use them for white noise while trying to sleep. Five hour battery life is not going to cut it. This was not mentioned in the original add, and it took multiple emails to JLab Audio to eventually find this out. On the plus side, JLab has got a great return policy, had had no problem replacing the earbuds, before they realized the issue.

For the price, these are terrific. I don't feel the sound quality is as good as I would like, but these are a fraction of what others cost (and therefore would expect better sound quality). They are very nicely packaged and provide information through the buds ... like fully charged, connected or disconnected, etc.

best value for your buck for wireless earbuds. I bought this device during a sales at Best Buy. It’s better than another expensive wireless earbuds I purchased previously.

My Grandson needed a new pair of headphones. So I got this for his high school Graduation Gift 2021. He likes them very much. He said they are easy to wear and use.

Great sound quality and convenient for the gym. Fast charging as well

This is a fantastic pair of ear buds. The sound is booming and definitely noise blocking. I highly recommend them. Also reccomend buying various sized ear bud cushions.

Purchased mainly for my wife to use during phone calls, but any external sounds during a call create a terrible experience for the listener. As for listening to music, they're great! Excellent quality for the price!

Bought these for my youngest son to use with the iPhone he got for Christmas. He loves them. Unsure about longevity as they were a Christmas gift but overall very pleased.

Went through several pair that had poor microphone quality. Have been using these since May for zoom meetings and phone conferences with no issues. Great price, long battery life.

These are pretty awesome. Sound is great. Very clear. Unfortunately these won't stay in my ear and keep falling out, even after changing the little buds. I will not be keeping. So sad.

Bought these to use while working out and for other outdoor chores. The in-ear headphones would not remain in my ear when sweating occured. I am able to use successfully when working indoors. Purchased an over the head wireless pair for outdoor use.

Bought two different manufacturers this and another more expensive pair these are much nicer then the more expensive ones and have great sound my son uses them daily

Bought for 9 year old. They fit her ears and are simple enough that she can control them. She says they sound as good as her headphones. I've had good luck with jlab in the past and their price was low enough to take a gamble on a pair for a child. The sound is decent, they connect easily, and the battery life is as advertised or better. They are missing some of the deeper sounds, but that's not unexpected at this price and size.

Very good and cheap, i enjoy using the product and it has a long lasting battery. For the price of it i willl say its worth everybit. Will definitely recomend for people

Good sound but they go bad easily don’t last too long

These earbuds sound great when they work correctly. They have a tendency to stop working all of a sudden or they can both fade in and out constantly. Very annoying when that happens.

They fit snug in ear but if cleaning and working out cant hear much other then the musuc which is great

I upgraded to these from the Jlab audio air wireless buds. There are many differences some good and some I'm still getting used to. The good thing I noticed right away these are lighter, smaller and feel better in the ear compared to the bulkier Jlab Air's. The audio quality sounds a bit better too. The case is a bit different but works just aw well. What I'm still getting used to are the buttons they are not physical tactile buttons but touch buttons. So although the new buttons aren't bad I really prefer a tactile button I can click. Still use the old ones but these are my everyday carry now. Also these cost less than the Jlab airs so pretty good value overall.

I loved the sound quality. Only problem I found, keeping the headphones in ears. It doesn’t fall but I feel like it is loosely attached to the ears. But I love this headphones

I love these earbuds, use them everyday and no issues.
