This product is more clear than my prior mics. However, it is quieter sending and receiving. Then my prior mics. I would noy recommend it for anyone using VOIP.

Great sound clarity and has a wide range distance coverage for Bluetooth connectivity. But the mute button does not work which is very crucial to the reason i bought it

Bought this to be a generic headset base on price alone only to learn that it supports dual pairing. Paired it with my laptop while on travel only to discover that I could pair it with my phone at the same time!

This is a great headset if you are looking for one that will work perfect for working at home with your job. Bought this for my wife and she loves it.

I thought this would be a good alternative for a headset I needed to replace for work. I work in a call centere setting and after 2 weeks the noise cancellation microphone stopped working multiple clients were expressing frustration on the calls hearing others conversation. Had to re buy my previous headset.

Sound is kinda weird, I spend a lot of time talking loudly. May go swap out for another brand

Was looking for an affordable bluetooth headset with microphone to use when narrating my videos. Unfortunately, my voice recording sound was not very good. Unknown if lower audio quality was due to bluetooth or microphone, or combination.

Didn't really fit my needs and the sound quality wasn't that great. If you just need a headset for phone conversations, then I guess it will do. I opted for a better wireless headset with better sound quality and fit.

Worked great in terms of sound quality, connecting devices, etc. However, charged once and stopped charging so can no longer use. This happened just a few days after return period expired

I was extremely skeptical of this j lo mouse keyboard and headset combo. And I'm surprised to say that. I really do love the way they all work together.

I wanted to buy a reliable set but did not want to break the bank. This set was recommended by a Best Buy associate and I am very pleased for the price an performance.

Lasted 3 months. Earpiece broke several times. Quality of sound was good.

I purchased these to use for work. However, I have been unable to connect them with anything. They don’t come with a dongle that you plug into your computer. I guess this is supposed to be Bluetooth only but it never pops up when looking for Bluetooth devices on my laptop for work. I also tried to connect it to my personal laptop and it just never pops up as an option. Comes with a cord where you can connect the headset directly into the computer and I’ve tried that also and it does not connect to the computer. However, the headset comes on and the voice lets me know that it is on and ready to pair, but none of my devices can seem to find it.

I can't really offer a review on these because I had to return them, not for any reason other than my work computer doesn't have Bluetooth and that was the only available option for wireless use for these. I would not recommend if you need other than Bluetooth to use.
