Not very comfortable to wear for myself either. Will be looking for a replacement product and returning these.

Ten times today on my hour and a half walk. The problem is not my phone. Phone bluetooth works fine on my portable speaker. Bought it month and a half ago.

JLab headset. Stay away.

Turn your head one way and back, and the earpiece wants to pull out. I could hardly hear the person and they could hardly hear me.

These Ain't It

Value but not longevity

Good sound, great batter life, paired easily. 6 months in one of the ears is quieter than the other and connection cuts in and out at the gym. I suspect too many other Bluetooth devices interfering. I got these for $30 so I can’t complain, they still get the job done and pretty well for that price.

Good sound and quality in the surface. But after six months mine went dead/won’t take a charge. Disappointing and can’t recommend this brand.
