    I charged these multiple times and the right one doesn't hold a charge. It'll work for about a minute and then dies. I've even charged these overnight! Very disappointed.

    Puts out a pretty good sound for the price. Feels a little cheaper than other models.

    Right ear bud battery drains faster than the left ear. JLab Sound app is terrible. It is not updating the firmware of the earbuds. I have used earbuds earlier but even before burn-in they sound better but these earbuds are not sounding good. Controls are not friendly. Not worth the money $70.

    Broken on arrival

    I got these today and the charge was dead out of the box. I left them charging for 3 hours and tried to use them again. The app on my phone said it was still less than 10% charged and the earbuds immediately turned off when I turned them on.

    I bought these and then found that after using them they quit working. Luckily, JLab stood behind their item and they replaced them. I got the step up and they work great.

    Do not connect well, and one does faster then the other. If your spending 99.00 they should work well all the time

    I bought these as a gift for someone. They didn't care for the features, quality, or the fit of the buds. I tried them on and I couldn't get over the feel of them, and stopped there. lol.

    The 1st pair of these i bought worked great but these suck! They dont charge well and they are not as loud. Taking them back

    Bought because of ear hooks but package did not indicate that they do not operate independently. Left lowers volume, right raises volume. It also advises to use the right bud if only using one.

    Horrible Earbuds

    I purchased these earbuds for my Anniversary for my wife and I and I had them put away and I didnt give them to my wife 3 weeks after purchasing them. When my wife used them she told me that the left earbud did not sync and that it had a static noise and then the volume would go down without her even changing thvolume. I wanted to return them but saw on the Best Buy website that it was too late to return them. Now J Lab just wants to give me a credit for other earbuds how do I know I wont get another pair of defective earbuds again??!!!!

    These things are not very good!I got some Dr Dre beats reconditioned from the site and I haven’t got them to work either.

    Hurts my ear

    The headphones are not adjustable. If I force it into my ears, then my ear hurts; if not, then the sound quality suffers. Too bad I can't return them now!

      Hi there, in your product package you will find 3 different size tips, try out each and find the one that best fits.     Not a good comfort around the front of my ear and the sound was poor the volume could not go high enough to please

    Great sound, but I can't be heard

    Would not reccomend for the voice option, as it doesnt work the best. I'm all the time being told the other end cant hear me when I'm speaking louder than normal in a quiet environment.

    On the lower end of headphones I’ve used. You can get far better quality for this price. They didn’t sound that great and had a poor fit.
