    the stupid feature that allows you to "hear" stuf fin the environment creates a hollow , echo sound quality in the buds. didn't take me 5 minutes to return them.

    My new earbuds

    I like listening to these when I'm working outside everyday. My only wish is that the batteries lasted more than 3 hours.

    worse thing ever. they didn’t work. wouldn’t sync up or even sync to my phone. did absolutely nothing. what a waste of money.

    Purchased these headphones on 4/25/22. Only wear them running or at the gym so at most 4-5 times a week, for a few hours at a time. By 6/3/22 not even two months later, the right earbud is completely dead. No detection, no sound. Paid almost $60 for a product that couldn't even give me two months of usage.

    These worked great until they didn't. I had them for 2 months before the audio started cutting out, and eventually not working at all. Very disappointing.

    The buds would not pair with each other. Could not figure out what was happening. Only one would pair at a time

    For the price these retail for these wireless earbuds are great. When you start to look past the price and start to consider everyday usability, quality, and sound this is when you see a couple small downfalls that detract from the still great value. This is not my first pair of wireless earbuds (Those are the Jabra Elite 65T which this product competes with) so I know somewhat what works well for earbuds and what doesnt. Overall I love several features the JLAB offer like the charging case with a built in USB dongle, adjustable sound quality without an app, and the fact is uses the latest version of Bluetooth. However there are also items I dislike that go with several of the pros like the fact the right earbud is on the left side of the case and the vice versa plus the touch controls to access that sound quality feature is almost impossible to remember/perform correctly. Ill try to list descriptive pros and cons down below to go over everything I have found. The sound quality is again good for the price but I have noticed a few minor downfalls. The first is the occasional static/noise cancelling/interference noise that comes from the earbuds on more quiet songs or sound settings. I am not sure what it is but I have heard it on other noise cancelling headphones. It isnt a deal breaker by any means and frankly unless you are in a quiet setting it might be heard to notice but it is there from time to time. The next is something that might be limited to my earbuds which is seemingly a slight rattle/distortion of the right earbud on certain frequencies. This is something that bothers me more than the first item mentioned above and is something I might have to try and warranty. Other than these things the earbuds have a good amount of bass when they are seated correctly in the ear. The treble isnt amazing at higher volumes but I am not an audiophile by any means. I would say the average person would be very satisfied with the overall sound. Lastly I would like to go over the touch controls. The touch controls are something that shouldnt be on earbuds. Other than the one touch volume up and down the rest of the touch controls are not only hard to remember which side does what and how to do it but can be frustrating to operate. Missing just one touch of the two or three on one earbud can allow for an incorrect selection or an extra tap you didnt think registered again doing something else you didnt mean to do. Probably one of the biggest love/hate items on these earbuds. The Jabra for example have actual buttons but not as many controls from the earbuds. Pros: - PRICE! - Charging case with built in USB - Bluetooth 5 - Sport Style Earbuds (Stay in ear) - IP66 Rated - Great range with compatible Bluetooth 5 device - Battery Life/Charging Case Cons: - Earbuds are opposite side of ear they go in while in case - Touch controls can be hard to use/complicated - Sport Style Earbud (Tricky to get in ear/requires two hands) - Call Quality Overall would definitely recommend as an option to someone on a budget or who needs a pair of wireless earbuds that can withstand some of the elements.

    Lost my Bluetooth and choose this product to replace it. Bad choice for me. It really hurt my ear (I only wear one most of the time). I had to return it.

    It's hard to find the over the ear wireless earbuds so when I saw these at a good price I was all in. They work very well, and the sound quality is great for what i use, mostly audiobooks, but they are made of such hard plastic they begin to hurt my ears after only a short time. Had I been shopping in the store, rather than online I wouldn't have bought these.

    These ear headphones are terrible! They struggled to sync and stay connected. While running one would frequently disconnect and say "good bye". They would randomly shut down, "good bye". Sometimes I would have sound from both but generally just one. If you got them connected to your watch, they would automatically shut off in a few minutes. Very cumbersome to use. I returned them and purchased a pair of bluetooth headset from a competitor; MUCH better product!

    Got them in June. And the right one has stopped working. It says its charged but when i take it off charger it will not turn on!

    I didn't like the sound quality and they made my inner ear hurt. Also, didn't like the way in which I had to answer an incoming call. I returned the product.

    They suck. Ear piece is too big for my ear so its painful to keep in ear for more than a few minutes. Charge case lid also broke without any reason, no abuse to it... so they cant hang and charge in my work truck because ear pieces fall out. I missed 30 day period by 2 days when i finally got off work early enough to go up to best buy and ezchange or return, so im stuck wirh a broken set that i cannot do anything with. Very unsatisfied.

    If I could give it a 0 I would. These are terrible products. The Bluetooth set up is the worst. So many other products have painless set that, it seems downright insulting and deliberate that the set up is so painful. The plastic is hard and uncomfortable and unresponsive.
