The headphones are great but having issues with the mic

These guys are decent but certainly not world-class, but hey, they only cost $50. For the money, they offer a fair bit. They have average sound quality and build and include a nice zippered hard case and cables for charging or direct 3.5 mm plug-in use. The big extra is that they are also Bluetooth and have a 22 hour battery life per charge. Pairing was straight forward and easy. Since they also have a retractable mic, you can talk while gaming or, when paired with your phone, have a conversation. They’re not bad for listening to music, but you need to switch them to music mode to have decent base. The default game mode is heavy on midrange and highs with very little bass. As far as gaming they are fairly good with very little latency when using Bluetooth. I used them with my Omen laptop and an Xbox One controller. They worked great with both the controller and headphones connected by Bluetooth. However, if you want to plug them into the controller, the controller needs to be connected to the PC via USB. That’s a controller issue, and with the low latency, there’s really no need to make a wired connection. The bottom line is that they offer a lot for a little money. Serious gamers will buy on up the food chain, but for beginners or occasional use, they are a good buy.

These are great headphones that are super versatile for use on the go or at home. Having now used them for well over a couple weeks I've found myself using them for work for conference calls on my laptop and been using them to play on my Nintendo switch. Even though they are designed for gaming I have found they have become my go to headset just because of the battery life and their versatility. In addition I've been using them with my iPhone for games, music and calls as well. I've been seriously impressed with these as they have been a good all around headset to use on all of my consoles, phone/tablet and even PC which is impressive as I have plenty of gaming headphones and none quite hit all the same marks these do for being very portable, versatile and decent quality! Yet they are small and light enough to take anywhere. They look and feel great with a bunch of nice features that you'd expect to have with a gaming headset and Bluetooth audio. The sound quality is so far pretty good and while they are tuned for gaming they also work decently well for music as well. I really like the quick changing EQ setting and the ability to activate Siri as well for complete wireless calling. The mic works really well so you can communicate with others and keep out the background noise from what I could tell in all the different situations I've used it. When it comes to charging, they do seem to charge very quick so even if you need to top them off to use them for a bit you would be able to do so in only a few minutes. I've only had to charge them a couple times since receiving them when using them all day for a few days working and gaming after. All in, I'm impressed with these headphones! They are not the top end of the gaming headphones that I own but they do hit on all the right areas to make them a solid go to for on the go gaming and a great set of headphones for calls and gaming too! I'd definitely recommend these!

Not what the product was described. Very disappointed. Had to return it and it took over two weeks to get the credit back on my card. Won't buy again. Beware of the description, it will fool you.

I just charged them with their own USB cable and my computer, so something is wrong with it. Now I have to deal with the warranty. Hopefully, I get the store credit from JLab.

Purchased for digital learning for our 2nd grader and they have already stopped working. Heading to the store to see how f we can exchange, hopefully it’s not a problem.

This product seems coming from 1970s. It has a totally-underwhelmed touch and feel. I suggest the company retires this product line. I returned it back.

I just think these are overpriced for the quality of product. Very cheap parts. I bought 2 and neither one has lasted.

Nice for the three weeks that worked. Now the mic does not work and is beyond Best Buy return window.

I have been looking for a headset to use with my PS4 and Switch and this looked like a good one to try. First of all, the headset is comfortable. The ear pads are nice and think, though they are a little small for an adult. Even my 13-year-old thinks they are small for him, but he’s a picky 13-year-old, so take that with a grain of salt. It’s nice that it comes with a case to keep it protected when not in use or transporting. I really like some of the features of this headset. Having the ability to use Bluetooth with a phone/tablet, and using the cord with a gaming console. I like that the mic retracts, so it’s not in the way if you aren’t using it. The sound quality is pretty good and certainly good for the price. Overall, this is a good headset for the price. Other than the headphones being a little on the smaller side, I don’t have any complaints about this headset. I would certainly recommend them.

Bought these for my son for Xmas... and the pic didn’t even work when he tried them for the first time.

While my daughter loves these headphones, I am not a fan, they are just too small for my head and I wouldn't even say I am that big of a person. Also, I wish that when were using these as wired speakers, you did not have to have them powered on. I did find it very cool how the microphone is retractable.

Small, sound is low, and mic does not work. Guess that’s why quality ones cost over $100.

It is not wireless with the game. You still have to have plugged in.

This headset is not the worst but definitely not the best. Some of the good things about it are that it comes with an included carrying case, the microphone is built in and easily stores inside of the headset, it can be used with any system, and Battery life is great. However, there are some downfalls to this headset in my opinion. One thing is that a wired connection is required when playing on any console such as Xbox or PlayStation. When using the headset for chatting in a game the audio seemed to cut in and out at times. The overall build quality feels cheap and they are not the most comfortable headset for wearing any long period of time. If you are on a budget and need a decent headset then I would recommend this headset. If you just spend a little more money you can possibly get an overall higher quality headset.

This ON-EAR headset does it all, except Noise Cancellation. Think jack of all trades, or swiss army knife type utility. Things to Note: This is an ON-EAR headset not OVER the ear or IN-EAR headset, it will rest on your ears. I find the ear cup material to be very soft and comfortable. I can stand using these for about as long as over the ear style headsets. The "clamp force" on my subjectively large head is not that strong, which seems to be the reason for my long wearing ability with these. My ear flesh did not get "sore sensitive" after 1.5 hours wearing these at a time. Definitely a keeper for me in that category. This headset supports AptX audio codec, so when using Bluetooth with a supported device, modern smartphone or tablet, or pc/mac with Bluetooth 5.0 plus, you will get better sounding audio than a standard a2dp Bluetooth connection. This works great with my 2018 Sony Xperia XZ2 smartphone, and the phone notifies you when pairing that is using AptX for better sound with this headset. Music via Bluetooth sounded clearer compared to my circa 2018 true wireless earbuds and my circa 2018 entry level noise cancelling over the ear headphones, which both DID NOT support AptX technology for comparison. This charges pretty typically, takes a few hours to charge, but lasts a long time on the Bluetooth use when charged, I got around 17 hours of use while testing after initial charge and phone still said 20 percent charged. Standby time is measured in days as it should be. Includes cable that allows wired headset/headphone use with gaming console controller, pc/mac, mobile device with the appropriate headphone or combo headset jack. The cable includes an audio volume slider as typical. The boom mic is of the pull out and position and push in when not needing it right near your mouth type. I took calls from phone and through laptop with this headset with both the boom mic out by my mouth and in its retracted position, both Bluetooth wireless and wired and the other person said I sounded about the same in any scenario. Worked perfectly fine for gaming wired to an Xbox One controller. Was able to communicate with team mates and mix game/chat sounds via the console like normal. It does have fairly good spatial reproduction for gaming awareness. I noticed it really well in Minecraft of all games. The headset is lightweight and the cups fold up and in for storage in the included travel case. Also comes with a charging cord that goes in the same slot as the wired headset cord (micro USB on the headset, regular big type A on the power end), but it does not come with a USB power adapter, so use the standard type A size charge port on your laptop/computer or your phone charger. I do wish all the connectors on these things would all be moved over to USB-C for simplicity's sake, but we are still living in a micro USB world for now. All in all this headset is very feature driven and has good value for a do it all (except noise cancelling) on ear headphone. I would recommend to anybody needing a multipurpose headset with a secondary focus on mobile and console gaming use.

I thought these would a good setup for playing Nintendo Switch or Xbox and they are just ok. I like them better for my kids who are doing distance learning for school this fall. The sound quality is just ok but I’m just used to a higher level of audio equipment and these are towards the lower end of that spectrum. I would recommend these for kids who are distance learning. The mic makes it easy to communicate and I appreciated the charging cable, although

The sound is really good, the mic works and sounds great according to others. The ear pieces are great if you are under 10 but adults will find them uncomfortable. The bluetooth is amazing, it connect without any issue. So if you are under 15, these will probably fit well and feel great. The mic and the sound will be amazing. However if you are an adult you will will not be so keen on them.
