    I decided to give the brand a shot as a wireless product, which I didn't own before. There are definite quality differences here, as the price point certainly would qualify. To be true and fair, the actual fit and functionality of the item is very good. They fit quite comfortably over each ear. The buttons and set up are easy enough to navigate. Yet... here's the problem: inconsistency with the actual stereo sound through the right ear speaker. No matter which source I use (home PC, Nook tablet, Samsung phone) via Bluetooth, it can never consistently capture sound in both ears from beginning to end. It has become frustrating, especially when I rolled the dice and gave them a shot. The noise cancelling portion actually worked well within its limitations. Others have written of a lack of bass, and they are right. That's ok with me.. if both ears are receiving sound. It is disappointing. Not sure if I should purchase another one to see if it is a fluke in manufacturing.

    Sound quality was awful using Bluetooth AND auxiliary. It sounded a lot the speakers were damaged in some way. Its pretty bad when even the employee that sold them to me reccomended I keep my reciept.

    Worthless. These were mediocre, at best, out of the box, but I was okay with that for the price. Now, however, the left speaker has stopped working and I am 3 days past my 15 day return window. Waste of money. At the store, I was told "Yeah, that's why you should buy the service plan." What?! That means that I should always assume products sold at Best Buy will break. Don't waste your money and time like I did.

    I've had better dollar store headphones

    Usually I like JLab - they make decent hardware. It's far from top-of-the-line, but they typically have a clue and I tend to like the stuff they make. That makes this headset all the more astonishingly awful. Maybe I just got a defective one, but I constantly had terrible crackling whenever I turned up the volume past 40% and the left earphone would consistently fade away into nothingness after a few seconds of listening. Take this with a grain of salt, because I haven't had an experience like this before with JLab, but these were truly awful.

    Sound quality is mid. But was enough for the gym but after one of 2 two drops it would be damaged which is why I got insurance for it but after 2 to 3 times I used the insurance to replace I just gave up on it

    One side never worked. Birthday gift for my 13 year old daughter who takes very good care of her things. Sadly she didn't tell me how one side never worked until we'd already had them 3 months. This is embarrassing to admit (for her) that she thought that was "normal" ...sigh...my kids don't spend a lot of time on electronics is my only excuse for that. Now, not even 5 months later, they have completely stopped working. What a total waste of money! I thought I was paying more for something that would at least work correctly and last. Lesson learned! Get the extra warranty and double check things actually work properly if you bought it for a kid who may not know better.

    Not taking a full charge

    I waited too long to try these out, and it's too late to return them. They won't fully charge, at least as indicated by the charging light. Red is charging, blue is charged. I've tried charged them via four USB power sources now (computer ports or computer USB hubs, as the instructions indicate this is the level of power required) for as long as 48 hours and the light is always red, never turns blue. Value: poor, if they can't be used Quality: ditto Ease of Use: who knows?

    This is a horrible product. I bought it for my son for Christmas. He didn’t open the package right away so the warranty expired beforehand. And the button to power it on either won’t turn it on, keeps it on red, or flashes blue and green. So when he tries to turn it off, it won’t and dies. So now I’m stuck with a horrible gift that is broken!!!

    I bought this to replace a less expensive model that broke, thinking that it would be better Foolish me !!! Within a couple months of occasional use one side lost sound. Best Buy refuses to honor the manufacturer warranty so shame on them too.

    These headphones started off good to begin with after a month into them. They started to distort the sound lose base and the right ear shorts in and out. Just so happens I was out of my Best Buy warranty. I reached out to the manufacturer. Haven’t heard anything back and it’s been a week.

    We bought these the day before leaving on an overseas trip. Our mistake. When we opened the box there was no charging cable inside (as it claimed on the box). Being in a hurry, I found one of our cables that worked so we proceeded. On the plane, we could not get one of the headphones to work. The sound from just one ear was terrible. Beware.

    After following set up instructions paring to TV said set up completed successfully. well i tried to use it but no tv sound. tried set up again but still did not work. So I returned it to the store.

    2 months the right side started to Crackel. Week later right side stopped Had too give one star. -1star not worth the $. make you Leave a star to submit review

    Bought these and after getting home found the box had already been opened. When attempting to use for the first time, found that sound only came out of one side of the headphones. I suspect these were defective and returned by someone and stuck back on the shelf.

    Bought the night of a 2 week trip. Did not work out of the box. Best Buy would not accept return as the trip ended after their 14 day return policy. Very disappointed. Don’t waste your money.
