He wanted wireless and thats what he got. We get home, he connects and it stats on his PS4 that this device can not pair so now he is connecting with his phone which he shouldnt have to do. I will return for an exchange

Charging port stopped working

After about a week and a half or so, the charging port stopped working. I cannot recharge my headphones and I’m frustrated I missed the return window. I should’ve bought the protection plan because now I’m stuck with a pair of unchargable wireless headphones :(

Hooked it up to my phone so I can play music while I'm working. I don't like in ear earbuds and my wired headphones were to short to reach since the cpu was on the floor.
