Sounds amazing for a $50 mic, the lights are great, it’s very easy to use, the stand is very sturdy and weighted. This mics feels like $100 and works like $100.

I was a little reluctant to pay the price for this. But I am very pleased. This really is SIMPLE to hookup and use. It has completely alleviated my isssues of having difficulty being heard on video conferencing. My friends say that they can hear me perfectly well, and I am positioning myself 2-2.5 feet away at least and facing 30-35 degree angle away from the microphone, speaking normally, and I am being heard clearly, Also picks up very clear recordings. Let me emphasize the clarity, as the improvement over anything included with a laptop is phenonominal.

Solid bang for buck, an upgrade to my dedicated mic on my laptop or headset, definitely a worthy choice for beginners

Where has this microphone been my entire life? I’ve probably bought 10 different microphones to use with my MacBook Pro and this is the only one that works well, seamless, easy and clear to dictate and set up. Every other microphone that I have purchased from Best Buy unfortunately has not worked with the MacBook Pro. If you have a MacBook Pro and you want to use dictation flawlessly without purchasing an app this is the microphone to buy. Seriously

Good quality for the price, clear sound recording overall

The JLab TALK GO Plug & Play is a no frills, get what you pay for, USB microphone. You won't stick with it forever but if you're just dipping your toe into audio recording/podcasting, you can't find a better deal. I was out of town and needed something portable so I could continue working on the road. None of those recordings will be released publicly, but I'm glad I have decent reference tracks that weren't recorded straight from a phone!

I just started streaming on twitch and learned that an external mic was needed. I'm brand new to all of this so in case I don't want to keep doing this I really didn't want to drop a whole bunch of money on a mic. I did some research and this was highly recommended. Inexpensive and it honestly sounds better than mics that are $200 or more! I'm very impressed by the quality! Super easy to use!

Super easy to use and amazing quality. It does blip in and out occasionally, but I would suggest a pop filter if you need a crisp sound. It is super easy to set up and go though, which is the best part about it! No complicated software or install procedures needed.

This is a nice product to have for a zoom conversation. It is easy to place in any location you desire. It's the type of product that you can easily disconnect and reconnect to your computer. The sound is controllable and clear to understand. Once you use the TALK GO PLUG & PLAY MICROPHONE, you would truly recommend it to your friends or realities.

The tripod stand that comes with isn't very good as it very quickly became flimsy. However, the mic itself is very sensitive — which can be good or bad depending on you and your environment. It is plug and play, so easy to get set-up.

Overall a great purchase! It’s was just below $40 and the value you get compared to what you pay for it, make it a worthwhile spend. Especially if you are just getting started on a project, such as podcasting, or YouTube channel, this is a great inexpensive tool lot get you started and set-up for success!

Good microphone considering price. Very clear, with 2 mode options. Both Cardioid and Omni directional modes available. Mute at a single push of a button. LED lighting lets you know what mode its in. If you just want a decent starter microphone without breaking the bank, this will do it, especially when on sale!

Extremely easy to install. Only tricky bit is that it will take over your speakers too, so you have to go into the speaker switches on your computer and tell it 'no' if you want to listen to your computer rather than your input. But great quality sound, directional and omnidirectional settings, quite cheap for this quality.
