Nice mono pod. It's better for stabilizing/holding camera steady, but average as a selfie stick. You need long arms to really benefit. Also, 2nd mount for action camera, like Go Pro, you will need to find post to thread in holds for securing. I don't have a Go-Pro. Otherwise it's a good product. Owner's manual is poor. Has pictures of accessories, etc., but doesn't identify them. No real instructions.
