Tripod is easy to use once familiar with adjusting height and sturdiness. I like to use this tripod specifically when taking moon/star photos and photographing wildlife. Keeps camera nice and level and reduces shakiness from hands for clear photos. Super lightweight and is compact for easy storage. Highly recommend this product for anyone new or experienced in photography.

Found myself in Salem for the recent solar eclipse without my tripod so headed to Best Buy to see what they had. I picked this one based on it's weight and sturdiness. The leg locking mechanisms work very well, as do the pan/tilt controls. Maybe too heavy if you're back-packing but for the casual photographer, this will do the trick. A solid base for pictures and casual videos.

I chose this Tri-pod over others because it extended longer than most all others. It’s fairly sturdy and easy to raise and lower. Could use some clearer instructions. Needs a more sturdy iPhone handler. This part broke off of mine the second time it was used with an iPhone.

This is an exceptional product! Even though the price seems a little expensive, DO NOT CHEAP OUT ON TRIPODS. Cheap tripods break easily, they fall over (which can break your camera). This is SOOOO EASY TO USE, and it's ridiculously stable. I use a sony a6700, and the tripod is able to easily hold it.
