Cheaply made

Great flat iron!

However, I replaced my "fancy" chi that didn't even last a year and a half. I was impressed already at how nice my hair looked with only going over it once! Sorry but after spending all that money on the chi for it to not straighten my hair very well and then bust..I decided to go cheaper. This preformed wayyy better than my chi did on it's best day.

Did not like at all

I bought a Conair, and after that one didn't do its job, I bought this one. I mostly got it because of the reputation Frieda has. I hated it. It was constantly pulling on my hair. And a few minutes after straightening, the hair on the back of my head would get a bit wavy. Since I have fine hair, I didn't use a high heat setting. But even at a low temp, it just didn't feel as if it was getting enough heat. As if the temperature was lower than what it actually read. Returned it the next day because it just didn't do a good job.
