Wonderfully told story, with amazing actors. Good adaptation of the joker origin story. Dont be one of those guys "this isnt how it happened it the comics!". This isnt supposed to be a comic adaptation. Take it for what it's worth, a great movie with great actors. Really shows the struggle between upper and lower class.

Love this movie! I do find it more appropriate for older kids/adults rather than younger children. I found it to be a little "disturbing" but thats how Joaquin Phoenix wanted to diplay the Joker and that just says how good of an actor he is. He did an amazing job!

One of the best performances by an actor (Joaquin Phoenix) that I have ever seen. Academy award well deserved. Phoenix has you actually feeling sorry for this psychopathic killer. I was hooked on the story line and couldn't take my eyes off the screen even during the most violent scenes. Well worth the price of the DVD.

From failed comedian Arthur Fleck to his rise to something much more sinister. Take a journey on a slow downward spiral of psychological lunacy & madness!! Until crack is too big and the levee breaks and all the craziness comes rushing in. Joaquin Phoenix performance is riveting. Will see who really has the last laugh!

This movie has a great message. It gives you insight on how the mental Healthcare system is broken down and patients who suffer from mental illnesses are neglected. It shows a series of chain events that lead to the main character's breaking point. It gives you another view and you feel pity for the villain.

This movie will keep you on edge. This movie changes the game when it comes to villains and will have you rooting for Arthur. It’s both dark and humorous while twisting the very fabric of the Batman origins as we know it.

Joker centers around an origin of the iconic arch nemesis we all know from the comics but is an original, standalone story. Arthur Fleck (Joaquin Phoenix), a man disregarded by society is not only a gritty character study, but also a broader cautionary tale. Brings a real story to the comic without being cartoonish.

Excellent movie, Excellent performance by Joaquin Phoenix as Joker. Joker look beautiful in 4K! It is great to see it on streaming, of course. However, to actually have to physical 4K disc is the best possible picture you could wish for. Colors and black levels are beautiful. The sound is wonderful. Highly recommended!!!

This movie was honestly one of the best movies that came out in 2019. The cinematography was amazing and the story was just as amazing. You honestly don’t need to know almost anything about batman and you’ll understand this movie. The way this movie goes you will probably be like many people and want to have more!!

Steelbook case is one of the best! The film as a whole is a great character study for someone who is unstable and the consequences when society as a whole ignores those issues. It’s a somber film for sure, but as for a Joker film, it’s an amazing origin story, outside the DC storyline of course, a great descent into madness!

Isolated, bullied and disregarded by society, Fleck begins a slow descent into madness as he transforms into the criminal mastermind known as the Joker.

Now that sounds like hyperbole. But I mean it. This movie was a masterclass in acting from Joaquin and the supporting cast. The film plays with your expectations, and your sense of reality. I can't recommend this movie enough, but parts of it may make you uncomfortable for how it doesn't shy away from the dirt and grime.

This movie blew my mind. There have been many iterations of the Joker throughout cinema, and each have their own qualities. The movie was more real life than super hero movie dealing with real life situations. Brutal at parts in violence, but shows one just how much someone can be pushed before breaking down.

I got this on sale at Best Buy. I was able to shop around to see if I could find a better price for this item. Best Buy was fair and competitive with there pricing and they were very good with the staffing due to the covic-19 virus going around. Everyone was following the safety guidelines.

This movie is a MUST-SEE. It makes you feel all different emotions and you really connect to Arthur. The movie felt really realistic and grounded as it was a great comic-book movie brought to life. The 4K was crystal clear with incredible use of HDR. This movie is what WE FREAKIN' Deserve!!!!

Steel Books never disappoint!! However I still haven’t watched this movie and it’s been almost two years since purchasing it. Mainly due to the fact that the story doesn’t fit in the DC comic pantheon, but the quality of the actual item is great.

Y this not win BEST PITCHER/BEST MOVIE SCRIPT/BEST MAKEUP/BEST ORIGINAL IDEA EVER?!?? HUH? Instead a movie made in Chinese win best movie about a parasite that attacks a small village and terrorizes a family or something??? Give me a break best buy, you should do better than that! At least JOKER was about something!!!!

This movie is bound to cause controversy now and I. The future but there’s no doubt Joaquin Phoenix have a powerhouse performance worthy of Heath Ledger’s legacy. The cinematography in this film was top not chi and brought a gritty but grounded Gotham City to life. The steelbook version is excellent, glossy and colorful.

This movie really presents a great, yet tragic story of true mental illness. Something many people choose to ignore or blame the person for, mental illness is real and we need to create a better system to support and treat the illness or else we will be stuck with characters like the Joker.

I’m 34 years old, I’ve seen a ton of movies, horror, action, etc...but very few films have gotten me to feel as many emotions as Joker. Horror and awe are just a few emotions this film brought out of me. This movie will be remembered as one of the greatest versions of the Joker ever imo, Phoenix deserved his Oscar.
