Hands down Jura makes the best fully automatic coffee maker on the market! Have not regretted this purchase! Have not had to purchase a coffee in the past year! Incredible taste from this machine! Perfect every time and never burnt.

The machine makes above average coffee and good espresso beverages. I bought this machine because I was craving something different from what my Nespresso machine was offering me. I love the smell of the fresh ground coffee. The machine is great in that it auto cleans (a total plus). I use the water filter bc the water is quite hard at home. I leave the machine on for longer in the morning in order to have a hot first cup. If not, it’s just warm. Not a problem for me. From the second cup it is always hot. It’s a nice-looking machine but certainly doesn’t look to be an almost $2K machine. I chose this one bc of the size (great for a counter top). I would have chosen the chrome model (BB doesn’t carry it and I had a shlew of reward points to use up. I bought the Jura glass milk container that connects easily to the machine. Really liking this and how easy it is to use.

I have had this machine for nearly two years and use it religiously. No issues and the espresso is great. Steaming milk could stand to be a bit hotter but tolerable. Definitely want to keep using the water filters which can be costly or you have to run the Descaling which is time consuming. I would buy this again. Very reliable and makes great coffee.

This machine is incredible. The one-touch features and display screen make this stand out among its sister models. If you love coffee then you'll be able to use this coffee maker to offset your daily starbucks trips. This machine has paid for itself (for us).

It is very easy to make lattes and cappuccinos. Only have to remember the daily maintenance. It takes up very little space on our countertop. The only improvement I would make is if it would already come with the milk container.

This machine provides amazing coffee, espresso, lattes, cappuccinos, and frothed milk. It also is easy on cleanup.

This is one fantastic coffee machine. So far so good, it makes the morning coffee routine even faster and better tasting. It is pretty expensive but with ease of use and how great the coffee tastes it's very well worth the investment. I love the different types of coffee this machine can make and the clean up is a breeze. It takes a little longer to clean up when using the milk frother but I don't use the solution just water cleans it just fine. I love how fast it can make an espresso and it tastes just like one made from a manual espresso machine. I will probably have this machine for the rest of my life.

I already have this coffee make over a year, i wanted to wait to really see that the high price i paid is worth and yes it is, makes great coffee has a lot of setting that allows you to have the exact test and strong coffee as you wish.

I own a smaller Jura so I'm familiar with the brand. I'm very pleased with coffee this new machine makes. Superb!

Never have to go to Starbucks or coffee shops. Makes excellent coffee. No regrets

From very first use we were in love with this machine. Everything is working to our expectations. Milk foam is perfect. We bought for milk portable foam maker, but never had to use it. Jura makes milk foam best. Very happy.

It works great coffee drinks are perfect only thing I would have wanted was a way to foam milk manually as an addition
