I tried this machine while visiting a relative that owns one. I was there for about a week. At home I owned a Starbuck Verismo thinking I was doing good. However after tasting the coffee from this Jura ENA 9, coffee at home was just never good enough. It is costly and would love to see real stainless steel at this price level. It is plastic and there are other cost to consider when purchasing this machine. Like water filters, descaling tablets and 3-1 cleaning tablets. I found I needed them within a month of purchasing the machine. Having said that. I still do not regret buying this Jura ENA 9. It is small and fits well in a small kitchen. Very easy to operate and the coffee is always consistently good once you find your favorite strength and heat level. One thing I would have love to see would be the ability to make hot milk or froth for use with hot chocolate or other latte type drinks. Even with the cons I would buy again,
