10 out of 10. I love this coffee maker. It has all the best options with removable bean canisters to change out beans as well as cold brew coffee and coffee with milk drinks. Two grinders and a ground coffee shoot. Endless options.

Awesome coffee maker would highly recommend if you like iced coffee

This machine is a very refined piece of equipment. Being able to mix different beans makes this device a coffee lover’s dream. My wife and daughter are into cold brew coffee, always a plus in sunny Florida. My espresso has great body and taste. The creme is modest but adequate. The temperature is perfect. Dark roast Illy beans and this machine are a great combination for my taste. The price is steep, considering the competition offers similar products that make fairly good coffee. I think the quality of this product is unmatched. Still figuring out all the features. Bought the milk cooler but haven’t used it yet. Highly recommend it for now. If you’ve got the money, go for it.

A little different from our z8 but overall i like the features and the dual grinders. Just wish it had the dial on top and measurements were in ounces.

5k is no small amount of money when buying a coffee machine but this thing is awesome. My wife likes to do decaf occasionally so we keep that in once side to either mix or have on its own. There are so many good drinks I've never tried before but honestly we mostly pump out basic coffee because it's just so good. The same coffee we have been drinking in other machines tastes 10x better. I love this thing.

A bit pricy, howevery, worth every penny for coffee lovers. Worth the upgrade...

It worked great for the 1st 180 cups after that it has started to have problems. It started only putting a small amount in the cup saying it was done. I changed filter and cleaned it multiple times. Then it went back to normal for a couple weeks and now it’s doing the same thing again. I cleaned it 4 times today and it’s better but not back to normal yet. I’m wondering if it is sensitive to espresso roast beans due to the oil. I bought some different cleaning tabs and I’m changing the beans to a lighter roast. I hope I can get it back to normal if not I will have to send it in. I had a different brand automatic machine that I used the espresso roast in for 3 years with no issues.

The best no-mess coffee and espresso machine I’ve owned. I got rid of a Breville Oracle Touch because drink consistency was always an issue and drink preparation was too laborious. The Jura may as well be a barista on my counter. With the milk cooler, I’m sparred even going to the refrigerator to get milk!

Makes fantastic espresso and lattes... cycled through two different machines with one dying in one month and another in about 4-5 months. Both had issues recognizing the drip tray being re-inserted which is a known issue that was found via online reviews. Gave up and bought two DeLonghi's...

I have noticed there is only 1 review for the Jura Giga 10 espresso machine. It has been available to purchase for over 1 year. I think I know why. They have problems We'll see how long my review survives! I have now taken 2 Jura Giga 10 Superautmatic espresso machines home. Within a few days each had an issue. After 2 days, the 1st machine would leak a lot all over the counter when I was using it. The 2nd machine was ok for part of one day and then the milk frother would only sputter milk into the cup. NO foam at all. I took the 1st one back. I am now going to take the 2nd one back. I do not recommend purchsing this machine. Too Bad because dual grindsers is a WINNER feature.
