Jura makes outstanding products and they stand behind them. We had a Jura Impressa Z7 for 13 years. The heating element quit. Sent the machine back to Jura and they refurbished it for $500. They also let us know that in the 13 years we made over 8000 cups of coffee! Gave the refurbished one to friends (Happy Birthday) and we bought the Jura Z10 (latest model) and we are so happy. This machine is quiet! Jura made improvements to the grinding burr and now I don't wake up the family in the morning making a cup of coffee. This machine also has the Cold Brew feature and you don't need to add icecubes. We have been using it for a month now and having fun making all sorts of coffee drinks. The self cleaning feature is also great, especially is you like milk drinks. I know it is expensive but so is buying coffee at a coffee house. I can be my own barista. You won't be disappointed.

I’ve tried several super-automatic machines over the years, and the Jura Z10 is easily in a class of its own. This machine is amazing. I decided to purchase this one because I prefer iced lattes and the option to pour cold/room temperature shots of espresso is perfect. A bonus is the option to make espresso martinis which I had not previously thought of - perfect! The photo is a virtual staging photo (available through the website) so you can see how well it will fit in your space.

Beautiful machine the touchscreen is awesome and very user-friendly interface. ultimately ended up keeping the miele CM 6160 instead because it was half the price and made just as good coffee with foam milk being slightly better. Although the miele has an analog touchscreen I couldn’t justify paying double the price for the easier user interface when the quality of coffee was just as good.

I’ve had my Z10 for less than 24 hours, so I can’t speak to its longevity yet, but my previous Jura (S9, I think??) lasted 22 years. So far I’m loving the new machine, Flavor is good, it’s get as hot as I’d possibly want (actually had to set it lower), and it’s easy to make whatever drink I choose. The only tricky part was figuring out how to edit the drinks, particularly displaying the names. At first, I thought I could only display 2 initials, even after activating the names option. After turning the machine off and on again, the names did display properly. Rebooting computers works! I already had a milk container that works, but had never used it much with the old machine, as it was a hassle. Already I can see that I’ll be making a lot of milk drinks, and would constantly be moving the container between the fridge and the machine. So, this morning I ordered a 1 liter Jura Milk Cooler. There is one serious downside to a new machine; I’m kinda jacked up from way too much coffee. Had to move on to the green tea.

This is my second Jura coffee maker Z8 & Z10. Was tired of spending $7 a day at Starbucks. Making my own coffee with this fully automatic machine is a game changer. Do have the Jura milk fridge as well. Absolutely recommend the z10.

We decided to upgrade to the Jura Z10 after having a DeLonghi. Pros are definite better cup of coffee and once you understand the programming, better overall system. Big negative though is there are two very cheap plastic tabs on the tray that slids into machine. These pieces are vital to machine working. The one was broken and apparently this is a frequent problem. Now not a Best Buy problem but Jura’s customer service is awful. Was told piece would go out next day and since I was in New Jersey it would come quick. Week later, still no tray, and I call back to get nasty girl who said that they didn’t realize it wasn’t in stock and won’t be another week. Asked for email with shipping so I could track it and was told she couldn’t do that I have to just wait. Rude and impatient is not good customer service.

I love this machine. If you're looking for the best of the best, this is it. I've trued multiple super-automatics and none of them pull like a Jura. Unfortunately for me, I did not keep this machine... Not because it's not awesome but I drink decaf coffee in my home in addition to regular so I had to weigh the importance of cold brew extraction of this machine and the dual bean hopper of the J8 twin.. Ultimately, I stuck with the J8 twin. However if you don't have a need for the dual bean hopper, you can not go wrong here.

Excellent automatic from Jura. Upgrading from the old Z4 line. Tricky to learn the coffee settings and I can see from the review that the intuitive swipe on the screen is not present and made many coffees by mistake. Maybe on next software update? Otherwise great tasting coffee depending of course on the beans. Just wish the milk chiller came with it as a bundle given the price of the machine or at least a stainless steel milk container.

Fantastic coffee. The convenience is next level. Love the adjustability on the fly. Waited a long time but so happy we finally bought it.

Everything has been great! Easy to use, easy to clean, and makes amazing espresso shots! I’m more of a cold brew person and love the cold brew espresso function. My wife takes advantage of Americanos and Lattes and it’s so easy with a click of a button and the milk attachment for the lattes. It is an investment but worth it in my opinion for the ease of use and quality product it produces. We’ve had for 3 months now and find ourselves looking forward to coffee every morning! Definitely recommend!

Amazingly versatile. Makes great hot and iced coffee and espresso drinks. Bought as a replacement for my Breville Oracle that had seen better days. Can't say it is a excellent value as it is an expensive, luxury machine. But the build quality and quality of the brewed products are great!

I really like this espresso machine. It's fairly simple to use and has a lot of drink choices. I rarely use the app because the machine has to be on for it to work. Mine is usually off because of the power-saving feature. I haven't figured out how to customize the beverages without making one at the same time. I have to hold my travel mug for the dispensing process because it's too tall to fit under the nozzles. Regular cups work much better. The accessories and maintenance supplies are expensive. But the coffee drinks are excellent and it's extremely convenient.
