This movie will make or break the series which is also why it is a must see. As a whole, just go see it. With the introduced new elements which change the whole series of these films you are stuck between wanting to rewatch everything or walking away. I believe most will stay and that is a good thing. It's 2019, it's alright to change it up after nearly 25 years. The reveals alone are worth it meanwhile the few final scenes will keep you on the edge of your seat with action then have you cradling over in pure vulnerability for its innocence.

Jurassic Park 3 was a major disappointment. But the Jurassic World revive the failing series. The Fallen Kingdom is a very exciting moving in it's own right. HDR on this disc makes the dinosaurs pop out and reveals incredible detail on their skin textures.

What began on John Hammond's Isla Nublar island in Jurassic Park reached its surprising, yet inevitable conclusion in Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom 25 years later with dinosaurs once more roaming the earth. Wonderful action, direction, and acting by Pratt and Howard (both of whom reprised their roles from Jurassic World), respectively, bring forth a truly realistic, suspenseful, and -- yes-- scariest and perhaps best film in the Jurassic pantheon so far. Cannot wait for the last film of this trilogy.

If you are a fan of the Jurassic Park and World movies, then you will have to pick up a copy to go with the rest. Good movie, cool story line and awesome dinosaur effects. I mean I can’t believe how real the dinosaurs look. On a 4K player and tv along with just the blu ray version man it rocks! I bet the 4K disc is better but honestly you can’t go wrong with either 4K or blu ray. I can’t wait to see Jurassic Wolrd 3 coming to America j/k I doubt they will name it that. Awesome movie with detailed picture and sound quality!

So this movie is the sequel of Jurassic World and it picks up where it left off. It's mainly about getting the dinosaurs off the island. The conflict in the movie is that the two main characters Owen and Claire believe they are there to rescue as many dinosaurs before the volcano erupts. But the real intention of the people trying to get these dinosaurs off the island is to resell them and to use Blue for the creation of new dinosaurs. I really didn't enjoy the ending but this movie is entertaining to watch!

Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom is a close 2nd to Jurassic World. If you have enjoyed the Jurassic Park movies and the Jurassic World movie, you enjoy this feature film. Lots of dinosaur action and revenge on the humans that are mean to the more helpless dinosaurs. It is gets a little silly at times, but for the most part it maintains its integrity of dinosaurs and their destructive nature on the Earth. It is definitely worth a watch to see, in this movie, how the dinosaurs interact with their environment and humans.

I really enjoyed this movie and the story plot was interesting and adventurous. Watching it in 3D Blu-ray made it even more exciting to watch. I truly enjoyed this movie and I recommend this to anyone who wants to kick back and get lost in the action. Don't forget to make some Popcorn before you start and kick your feet up and relax as you embrace the story plot and adventure.

This was not my favorite film in the series, but did not disappoint with extended action sequences, great new creatures, and the connections to the original films was great. The underlying message about the danger of genetic engineering, globalization of potential threats due to greed, and the exploitation of nature for profit themes are strong. I still think too many people think these movies are about dinosaurs, when in fact it is so much larger than that.

Watched this movie for the first time the other night. Seen all the others in the franchise, this isn't the worst, that title still belongs to Lost World, but this isn't highly memorable either. This franchisefeels like it keeps repeating the same few scenes in every movie and that gets stale fast. Need something new to invigorate the concept, and the ending scenes just might do the trick, if the next movie picks up where they left off. Worth a rental.

While there are some plot holes (like, if you can a clear enough shot to tag someone with a laser, why would you send a dinosaur after them rather than just them?), it was still a fun enough ride to be enjoyable overall. Definitely a little more on the horror side of things than the previous installments, so exercise caution with young kids. But I would recommend it if you're a fan of the Jurassic Park/World franchise.

I enjoy this series of movies. This is #2 in a trilogy. Can it be a standalone movie? it could easily but best to see all 3 of the trilogy to understand the flow of events in more depth.

As the fifth film in the Jurassic Park/Jurassic World franchise, this installment leaves the island behind to take the series in a new direction. While Fallen Kingdom wasn’t as popular with critics as its Jurassic World predecessor, I was still entertained. If you’re a fan of these films, then you’ll likely enjoy this one. And it’s got Jeff Goldblum, albeit in a very minor cameo. But, still, some Goldblum is better than no Goldblum.

I have been watching this Jurassic series since I was a little child and was so happy to see it continue with Jurassic World and Fallen Kingdom. This bluray set presents this film in amazing quality and I am able to relive every wonderfully thrilling moment I orginally saw on its premiere day in the theater. Sound and contrast are excellent on this transfer and you will be happy to add this to your film collection.

This is easily the fastest paced Jurassic Park movie in the franchise, but is also the most hollow. There isn't much time for character development or logic but it is still a fun ride. The disc looks terrific but the 3D option is a little light. Nothing really sticks out but there is occasional depth. If you can find it on sale it's a good deal but you would do just as well with the 2D only version.

This is one of the better Jurassic movies in the series. Lots of big action, some laughs, and a decent re-watch value. But the real star of this movie is the DTS:X soundtrack. I have a large home theater system and was very surprised from the moment the movie started how great the sound was. If you're looking for something to demo sound to your friends, this should be near the top of your list.

If you like the Jurassic movie franchise, I believe you will like this latest version. The special effects are excellent. The story is good in most parts, however, the ending is not very realistic. I do believe that this movie could end the franchise. I mean, how many times can you re-tell the same story. Overall, a good popcorn movie on a rainy or cold winter day.

I am giving best buy five starts because my opinion of the movie does not change the fact that they had it, I bought it, and the service at the store was excellent. The film isn't the best, so don't expect it to be like the first two Jurassic Parks or even like World, but it is a good time especially if you could get it discounted.

I originally saw this movie in IMAX, and the blu-ray experience in my home theater was equally as good. It was SPECTACULAR, as one would expect with Steven Spielberg's movies. There was NON STOP ACTION in the movie and plenty of fun scenes & plot twists to go around. I thoroughly enjoyed this movie from beginning to end.

I’m a fool for all of the Jurassic movies, but this one has whiffs of Rise of the Planet of the Apes. Another series I love. Also, I’m glad I got to finally see this in 3D. A dead format that really died way too young. We need a somebody in the TV manufacturing/marketing business that has the power to recall it to life.

Jurassic World Fallen Kingdom is compatible with the Jurassic Park series. The animation is superb. The storyline is simple and about the aftermath of Jurassic World and how the remnant cloned dinosaurs were weaponized to the highest bidder. The actors do well. The special effects are exciting and leave the door open to a sequel.
