Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Haven't yet found a 10 foot long iPhone charging cable that lasts very long around our teenagers who bend and kink these cables which breaks the wires and snaps off the little end- even the ones labled "tough" or "heavy-duty". This one looks to be no exception

This charger sucks

Within two weeks, my iPad would lose charge if I was using it while plugged in, and would frequently say “not charging.” Fortunately, this was during Best Buy’s extended holiday return policy so I exchanged it for another one. It does the same thing. The company will send me a new charger, but only after I pay to send the defective one back to them.

Very short work life

A short time later the 2nd one stopped working. Best Buy wouldn't replace it and sent me to the Apple Store. They said it wasn't an apple product, it is a Belkin. I called Belkin and they won't replace it. What a hassle and run-around. Don't buy this!

Lifetime Warranty my butt!

Tried to take advantage of the lifetime warranty, but had to pay for shipping the defective cable back to the manufacturer, and they wanted $5 to ship a replacement cable to me! Might as well buy a new cable from a different manufacturer at that point.
