Overall the movie was good. I like how they switched up the original members of the justice league a bit and how they added Aquaman later on. I'm A little disappointed though on how little background they give on Atlantis. Other than that I'm looking forward till the next installment of the continuity.

I Loved it!!!! I usually don't buy animated movies, this is my first and now I'm hooked.

Great storyline, character development, and artwork that did not degrade or take away from the 1960 era in whech I was introduced. More for matured generation than kids, but definitely grabs and holds one attention. Really appreciated the use and acknowledgement of known and evolving technologies.

This is great, as it tells the new origin of Aquaman in the New52 (one of the only good things in the New52). Plus with every bluray purchase of a DC Direct, you get incredible bonus features of character documentaries & episodes from older DC animated series. Well told story & plenty of extra bang for your buck.

why arei the animated movies based on DC Comics are better than the live action ones?

It has action, however it needed to be longer and should have focused on character development for the entire cast, DC Comics has huge potential but they focus only on making their films mainstream, we could all use a well told story.

Justice League: Throne of Atlantis, is very enjoyable. I think some people (fan boys) are just overly critical because WB Animation is not able to cram every single detail into a 90 minute movie. The story is good, the animation is solid. Bottom line, if you like comic book animated movies, you will like this.

Within years, DC has improve their animated stories. Excellent movie.
