the radio is ok nice sound and easy to use nothing to hard about it

It's a good unit for the price. I will never buy from the bestbuy website again though. It's best to go to the store, they're very helpful. I purchased an open box unit which they said was excellent condition and included ALL original parts that came in the box. This wasn't the case. So after dropping off my truck and leaving I get called to come back because it didn't have the wire harness. So I had to exchange it for another one which they tried to charge me $110 more dollars. But thank God the guy price matched with their own website. The unit itself is nice with a ton of features. I kept my stock Sirius adapter and it kind of sucks that I can't see the stations on the screen. You will have to buy the aftermarket one. It also caters more to iphones than androids. I will probably upgrade to a better unit later but this is way better than the stock radio. The geek squad guy did a really good job and was very helpful

Great Radio for the money. Only issue is when you switch Bluetooth devices it doesn’t connect back to the original device.

I've been doing my own car audio since around 1999 and once I found jvc double din radios, they have been my go to brand. Easy user interface, nice looking design and they just work and sound great. This model met my expections and beyond. Great equalizer control from the head unit, has the options you need and not the navigation and sat stuff preinstalled that goes out dated fast. Depending on vehicles dash, installation is as simple as swapping stock unit to this one if your dash is already set up for a standard double dim size. If not, you'll need an adapter for your year,make and model car. You also will need a wiring hardness adapter and possibly an antenna adapter for newer vehicles (you can wire old school without adapter but why hack the wiring and go through the work when adapters are cheap). This unit also has line outputs for amps to power your door speakers and separate for your sub, which if your looking for hard hitting sub control, it's a must. Sub controls built into the head unit for easy level adjustments. Overall great radio that does what is needed for car audio and visual needs but without the added expenses of navigation and preinstalled sat radio.

Really like this radio but just wish the home button was on the drivers side instead of the passenger side

This was my first DVD radio for my car and it's been great. No problems, movies play super clear and the Bluetooth is great too.

I like this car stereo. The USB cable outlet is in the front. Easy to navigate.

I have been looking for a dvd player/car stereo for my Vehicle for quite a long time. Once i saw this item on sale i decided to give it a try. For the price the performance I feel is just ok (which I mostly expected it to be.) The screen resolution is just Meh (We are spoiled with high resolution screens on our phones). The time it takes to transition from radio mode to any other mode takes a while ( I am assuming it has a very slow CPU) and for price i assume this is the standard as of now. Overall, I feel this unit is just OK and I would most likely upgrade in a year or two. Would i recommend this to a friend? I will have to say maybe. If your picky, i would not recommend this unit. Though, if you want a basic dvd unit in your car this would be it.

love it, works great with phone, finally hands free connection, sounds great

I installed myself and ran into some wiring issues. The BB techs offered fantastic support. My JVC head unit and backup camera work great and look great in my 2000 Corvette. I am still having some issues with Android Auto. I haven't quite proved it yet but think it is a phone to JVC unit cable problem. I am enjoying my new JVC and had fun installing it myself.

This fit perfectly into our GMC SUV. Sounds great and is easy to use

I found one marked open box and got it under 190.00. Installed myself and the unit is ok. The firmware update is a pain and the android apps needed to sync can be a pain. The tuner is worse than my OE unit and I didn't think that was possible. For me it was a huge upgrade from my stock unit so I'm satisfied with it.

Slow, weird connection for phones. I would have liked to try it better at the store. Display is nice, easy connects in the back. Wish I would have payed less.
