Sound very Good, handling not. Handling Instructions are a Dissaster. Information from any Best Buy sale Peoble did never happen, as I ask some one, Nobody has any Knowledge about the Product, or show any Interest to invest any Time, to find answers.

Walked in, they helped me right away. service was very helpful in picking out what I needed. Checkout was a breeze. Only problem I had was that I had to pay for it. Just kidding! It was easy, quick a great experience.

Got open box deal. Was perfect. Works better then any other model the basic retail stores offer. Had plenty of tube settings. Easy pre set options to hz!! I enjoy this model. I’ll even put it in my new vehicle in a few months so I can use the hands free calling better. New customer for JVC!!

while the radio is fine the installation team is worthless.

I was more than satisfied with my purchase and the advice I received from one of the installers in the car audio department, I was able to purchase the right one for my vehicle and free installation was definitely a game changer for me.

The young man who sold me the radio was very nice and answered my questions. BUT Eric Lewis who installed the radio went over and beyond with both me and my car!!

This unit has a lot going for it sound-wise. Unfortunately, the display is essentially impossible to see in the daylight -even adjusted to the brightest setting. This makes daytime use quite problematic. It is a shame, because the unit sounds great.

Great for starters not really any good settings and it only volumes to 35 not great at all for system building

Face plate is supposed to be removal for theft prevention. But had to get replaced because the unit stopped working.

Simple replacement for our one slot radi/CD player - works as advertised

Alexa will not stay connected and is very "Alexa" sensitive. The buttons feel cheap and I feel that I will break one if I touch too hard.

Good but, might need rewiring, or needs audio speaker system. Reinstalling basically new speaker system is what I was told...!

Bought for my father-in laws pick up and paid to have it installed. He is so hard to buy for. He absolutely loves it.

Works great and looks nice, controls are intuitive and it’s Got a nice knob. No complaints

I would love to buy another one again. I really like it. If I ever get another car I will use the same type of radio. Thank you so much
