I purchased this mainly due to the small form factor over mechanical units. I was relocating some gauges in my car and decided to use the space for a shallow headunit. The price in store was better than other local and online competitors. Installation was simple, and although my application required customization, a typical install will be very straightforward on a swap for swap basis. Another unexpected surprise included was the microphone for hands-free communication!

No cd player but i have all my music on my phone so its great

When something needs to be done right, go to best buy, right? Best buy hooked me up with a very slick new radio system. I'm extremely impressed by the whole team at best buy, they did the job for me. It was easier than ever and now I'm enjoying my new car stereo everyday. So far the only thing they missed was one of the new speakers was upside down! Thanks very much guys, great job! π

Works perfect for my Chrystler 300. Installed a iPad dash and needed a deck that wouldn't take up to much space below. Only problem is it has a tendency to over heat on long drives

This radio has more options than I actually use. I got it to replace my standard AM/FM in the car I use for my business so I could get Sirius XM. The radio is very nicely equipped. I only use the Sirius XM, FM, AM and Bluetooth, so I can only speak about those. The radio has a nice sound. And once I figured how to adjust the microphone and incoming call volume, I am very pleased with the Bluetooth, too. The only thing I wish was different, and the reason I only gave it 4 stars, is the way that the info on the radio displays. You can only set it to show certain info, for example only the time or only the channel, or only the song title or only the artist or only the channel, etc.. Can't set it to stream a set of info such as the title and artist and the time, or what ever you would like to see. But the radio functions quite well, and I am overall pleased with my purchase.

Hands down, this is the best JVC in-Dash Receiver that I have ever own. It's easy to install, to use and to set-up your Bluetooth devices. I used to own an older model and decided to upgrade because my iPhone would continue to disconnect for no reason or when it was connected I will get interference but with this new model, all of that was in the past. I no longer have any kind of issue and it comes with a lot of different settings that will make your experience with it even better. For example, you are able to change the color of the screen, buttons and the dim of the light. you can also add effects to your audio and now with the phone button, it's easier to receive and make calls without needing to that your eyes out of the road.

Easy install and easy pairing with iPhone 6. Good sound and easy to toggle between connection methods.

Very simple and easy to install. Good sound, the remote it a neat feature for the passengers to control, inputs work great, Bluetooth is a lifesaver compared to my old stereo. Highly recommend

My OEM stereo finally went out so decided to try a NON-CD unit since I stream music from various devices. This JVC unit is plenty powerful for me. Music streams loud and clear. Install was a breeze since the unit was light and small. Blue tooth works great too.

Stereo performance is great, clean bass solid mids and highs.. eq and audio options let you dial in sound you want. Only negative, station buttons are small and kinda hard to press If not using remote.. Bluetooth works good no problems so far..

This JVC radio has the right features and is very easy to install. I would recommend this product to anymore looking to upgrade their stock radio!

I bought this on a low budget so I didn't think it would be this good. I wasn't even aware that you could set up a Bluetooth connection for your phone. Controls are easy to use and I like the remote set up as well. I think it's a great bargain.

This is a great radio with Bluetooth capabilities. The only problem I would have is that the buttons are very small. But that's not a big deal because the quality of the sound and product are awesome!

Bought this for my son's car. I also ordered the OEM wiring harness. I used crimp on connectors and put the harness together before I removed the old radio. This made the install much easier. Now his 16 year old car has Bluetooth. My son loves it since he can just get in the car and go. It automatically connects to his iPhone. It sounds better than the factory radio and the Bluetooth audio sounds good too. The only negative would be the latch for the removable faceplate is plastic and doesn't seem very durable. Other than that, it was a great buy. It has the steering wheel control output, but I haven't hooked that up yet.

I purchased this radio because I wanted satellite radio in my car and was having problems getting the installation parts to fit my car with a Sirus XM radio. It's satellite and Bluetooth ready, has a small profile and great sound! My only negative is that the button to change the stations is very small and causes me to take my attention off the road. Otherwise, I would highly recommend this radio for anyone looking for these features and not wanting to spend a lot of money.

This changed the sound, look, and dynamics to how i drive and listen to music in my car and i love it, sometimes you don't need to spend serious money on a Bluetooth car stereo system. I had an expensive system in before that had no Bluetooth and this one sounds and looks and works better. Having my car to answer my phone makes a big difference, no more ear piece.

My son was looking for a good radio system for his car. We researched and found that this looked like a good fit. I purchased it for his birthday and he loves it! What I like most is the Bluetooth system that allows him to talk on the phone handsfree, which keeps him from being distracted as he drives. It's not the top of the line radio system, but it is great for someone who is looking for a good, solid radio with multiple functionalities!

Bought this for a Mercedes-Benz C280. The radio's install directions were easy to understand. I bought a separate wiring harness and antenna adapter and the radio's wire colors matched perfectly making for an easy install. The radio literally slipped securely into the factory slot and was a perfect fit with no modification needed. Sound quality is excellent and no additional amplifier was needed.
