Using the product makes you sound like you're in a tunnel the caller is unable to understand what you're saying regardless of the phone that I am using. I tried three different phones to see if it was just an error on my part but the product is useless. I wish I would have returned it before the return date expired. I will never buy it again and would not recommend it
