Great sound, but personally I don't like that you have to "squish foam piece before inserting", I use it at work and constantly take them out to hear people talk to me, and it's a hassle to take time to squish the piece everytime I have to reinsert, but if you're going to have them on for a long period if time, they'll be great for you.
