I had several JVC headphones. They are not Bose, but comparatively speaking at ~$10 range, you cannot find anything better. This is especially suitable for workout - cheap enough so that you won't feel hurt even if it is broken.

The thing that surprised me the most when I got these out of the box was the sound quality. I wasn't expecting much, but was surprised at the clarity.They are comfortable and do stay in the ear fairly well. They have gotten very wet from sweat and have had no issues. I think you could benefit from a little better silicone ear pieces to get a better deal. But the different sizes will work for most people. I personally like a better more isolated experience.

Great for running & exercising. The headphones don't fall off. And to avoid excessive tangling, one strap is a tad shorter than the other. It looked like a defect to me (at first) but it works well.

As a high impact excerciser I always look for headphones that stay on my ears when working out. These fit the bill! Great quality sound with a big bass at an affordable price! Highly recommend!

I have a small ear canal on one side and have a hard time finding ear buds to fit with the supplied rubber tips so there are times when having the ability to hook the buds to the ear is desirable, such as power walking, listening while nodding off.... I could not get the one ear to fit properly in the one side but the clip compensated. JVC is known for great sound and these buds are no exception. Clear and crisp mid and highs, excellent lows and, overall, a very comfortable fit. Worth the few bucks and well suited for runners, power walkers or someone using buds for hours at a time.

The headphones have excellent sound for the gym or the street. Very durable, and stay in your ears!

These headphones sound good and stay in place while working out. They are a reasonable price, and good for taking to the gym for work outs.

Wanted a pair of headphones that I could put in my ears but the ones that just stick in your ear fall out of my ears too easily. These wrap around your ear and hold the earbud part in place. The sound quality is decent but they are a little too big for my ears so they don't fit great. That is the reason I only gave them 4 stars instead of 5. For the money though they are a good buy and I will continue using these until I find ones at this price that fit better!

These are very solid head phones at a very reasonable price. They produce a quality sound, without pinching on the ears (at least mine). The whole design is soft and quite comfortable, I should mention I have bee told I have large ears. My only negative is that they tend to fill the ear channel too well blocking out a lot of sound which makes it difficult to use them while running on roads, since you cannot hear the traffic as well. They would be great for drowning out annoying gym music though.

For the money these are hard to beat. The sound is fine, the retainers keep them in place and they are comfortable for hours.

The JVC Earbud headphones offer excellent value for the price! Their unique fitting, left ear direct and right ear around the back of your neck, allow easy movement and reduced chance of entangling cords. Reception is clear and the addition of additional ear plugs make this and outstanding buy.

I needed ear buds that went over the ear because the in-the-ear type kept coming out while jogging. These stay in place and have great sound. I just started running this year and don't know a lot about gear I wanted to get. These work great. Would have gotten 5 stars if the separation between the two was a little further. I only run with one in so I can easily hear people and cars. I do like the fact that one ear has a longer cord than the other, but it is just a bit short.

These Jvc clip on earbuds are great. They stay on your ears, not like the push in one's, that fall out all the time and have to be put back in. Love them good sound and would recommend them to anyone that wants a good pair of earbuds for a great price.

I use these in the gym hooked up to treadmill or bike. They are comfortable and light and sound is good.

I have tiny ears so most earbuds don't actually fit in my ear and end up falling out. These headphones come with three different sized rubber ear buds that you can choose from. I use the smallest and they fit perfectly in my ear. Another plus is that they loop around your outer ear giving more stability during runs. Lastly they're cheap, but last about 6 months so they are a better deal than some expensive ones that die in less time than that.

I use these for outdoor work and I am hard on my earbuds. These are a good quality with a good sound for the amount they cost. I have used cheaper earbuds as well as very expensive ones. They sound as good as the expensive ones and hold up better than the expensive ones. I like the sound and the durability so far. Only downside is, sometimes because I wear them for so long, the bud becomes uncomfortable. Good purchase for the price.

I originally bought some JVC's that were similar, but they didn't seem to have any bass at all. These sound much better (though I hesitate to call them super-hi fidelity) and are good enough for work. However, while the closed-retainer keeps them on my ears quite well and are comfortable enough, they would be better for active sports. At work I just need them to stay on as I occasionally turn my head in surprise.

I have always had trouble with ear buds. I was glad to find these that clip over your ears. Were great and the sound is good. My only complaint is that when I go to fold them up that because the chord length is different for each year, it makes it challenging to fold the cord up and keep it from getting tangled for the next use.

These earbuds stay in my ears during every activity I've tried so far. The clip keeps the cord out of the way so it won't catch on anything and pull them out of my ear. The sound is crisp and has some of the best bass I've had from headphones.
