I had a really hard time with the app because it wouldn't clear carts and was trying to charge me over $1,000 for 2 pairs of headphones. Customer service was a complete failure. I finally had to drive about 45 minutes to a store so I could buy headphones.

I purchased these for my dad because he was having a difficult time airpods. I figured that he would benefit from the ease and simplicity of them. He enjoys having them.

I bought these for my kid - the wireless is great at times, but I wish you could use it wired too (like another more expensive set with noise cancelling I have from another brand).

Works well just not loud enough for the gym. But it’s okay.

Bought these for my 8 year old as part of his Christmas Present. He absolutely loves them, specially on car rides while he watches a movie on his tablet.

This item doesn't always hook up to my TV. It may be due to user error but I don't know how that can be since I've done what the instructions have provided.

The stores, wherever you go, are organized and the products are very good. The name says everything: Best Buy!

I only gave 4 stars cause you have to remember to charge them up which I kept forgetting to do. Otherwise they worked very well.
