Not Easy to Use

Every. Time. Literally. Every. Time. The controls were not easy to use, so I could only use my phone to control my music. It was too much for me.

The sound does not go loud either. It’s about a medium amount of volume. I wish I would have returned and got the jbl headset.

The sound quality was good, however the quality of materials was cheap. I returned them and bought the Soundcore wireless headphones, which are much better!
