  • Pretty nice looking but not a precision instrument

    This scale is very pretty, but it is not as accurate as advertised. I have tested it by weighing myself, then picking up multiple items of known weight, then individually removing those items, and my weight alone before picking up the items does not equal my weight after setting them aside again. Scale is also prone to repeating the same number multiple days in a row even though I know from other sources that my weight has changed. Good enough for general use, but not good enough if you care that it be accurate within 0.2 lbs.

    Best Buy sent me a defective scale and then refused to let me return it because I had it longer than 15 days. Horrible return policy, horrible service. I have been a Best Buy customer for years and have spent a lot of money at their stores. I will no longer be shopping with them,
