Don't know if this is working, but it has stopped me from opening an email from a friend.Her email account was hijacked and she did not send it to me. I am glad that Kapersky warned me not to open

I have to update myself everyday....always says subscription is expiring when it has several months to go....when booting up pc it's not always enabled. I should have gotten Norton!

I like Kaspersky because it seems to work a lot better than the other antivirus programs that are out there. So far nothing has broken through.

This was recommended by geek squad. So I used it on my new computer. It has been nothing but trouble. I would never recommend it to my friends. It was difficult to install, then it took forever to update. Now whenever I need to download music from amazon or documents from work I need to uninstall it. If I could get my money back I would.

I heard good things about this antivirus so I went with it. So far I haven't had any problems with viruses but it does slow my computer noticably. I put it on a previous computer and noticed a huge difference in the performance and then I bought a new one that is a little better so I didn't think it would be a probelm. Wrong. I havne't had anything other than this antivirus on my computer so I can't compare like I did on my last one but I'd have to believe that the dissapointment I have with the performance of my new upper end laptop is due to this antivirus so when my subscription is up I will be shopping around.

I installed the program one month ago and today received a notice saying my subscription has expired. Not happy as I was led to believe I bought a one-year subscription.

Have found Kaspersky to be one of the best anti-virus software for my computer. It does a great job of keeping my computer protected.

I appreciate the fact this is always up-to-date, but every time I turn on my computer, I have an update message. Otherwise, it appears to be doing the job I bought it to do.

I love this product. I used to use someone else and the hackers could get right through it. I would spend all this money and time installing it and I was wasting my time. Since I have used this product, I have never had the problems I suffered before. I will continue to be loyal and I will recommend this product to anyone who is tired of being hacked. Protect your files and your computer by using Kaspersky.

It is a great product as long as I don't get a virus it wi wondeful. If I get a virus I will hate it. This is the only time I have ever heard of or used this product.

Virus protection is key expecially with a new computer and so far Kaspersky has been great and it was a great price for what it saving you from virus and ect.

not sure though based on PC review if i would have purchased this over other protection software - feel best buy really pushes this one. if i had done protection research prior to the purchase I would not have purchased this one. DOnt get me wrong its fine no problems - based on reviews only i would have made another choice. ALso the laptop comes with a 30 day protection so there was no need to purchase this at that time - plenty of time to make that decision.

I first found out about Kaspersky while living in China, on assignment for the company I worked for. We were having all kinds of bugs being sent to our corporate server using the company supplied product (a very well known brand) for virus protection. After I hired a local Chinese to be our IT guy at the plant, he recommened we switch to Kaspersky. Never had a problem after that. I have always purchased Kaspersky for my personal computers since then.

This product has alerte me and my son on any particular web sites that are not safe to use due to that may contain a virus and harm my harddrive.

easy to install, dependable, picks up viruses on Internet Explorer

This Anti Virus protection is doing a great job keeping my computer safe. It is very easy to use.

This program came with the computer when I bought it and the person at Best Buy said it is the best there is and that the program that had come with previous computers aren't nearly as good. I was pleased to see for myself how great it is. There have been no more crashes, slow downs or viruses and other malware getting through. I was told I was getting a one year subscription but after only four months I was asked by Kaspersky if I wanted to buy the latest and even better version.

This review is for the Internet Security Suite and the Anti-Virus products. If you are pressed for $, this AV is the current best at capturing virus activity. No product is 100% effective yet, because of the dynamic environment of the Internet. However, I continue to evaluate several major brands of Malware products and am consistently pleased with Kaspersky for my 3rd year in a row. I truly recommend the security suite product to all of my clients, but the AV product alone is excellent if you have other protections for firewall and malware intrusions. It doesn't matter if you are able to obtain this product with a rebate or not. If you get a virus, the Kaspersky can handle it without calling for extra computer support from your "computer guy". For now, I trust only Kaspersky for my 7 computers and those of my clients! I knocked one point for ease of installation. If you are a current 2012 product user and you purchase the retail version to upgrade, the software will error during installation without providing reasonable information. This will require you to call the help line to resolve. The solution is simple. You do not need to reinstall as a former user. From the main menu on the lower right corner, update to the new license code and your done! They could have made that more clear. Again, I seriously recommend the Internet Security Suite which is what 95% need over AV alone.

I purchased a 2 yr. renewal, but my order says 1 yr. kapersky was installed.
