I've been using Kaspersky on my work computer for 6 years, & it's been the best protection I've ever had (I had a few different virus protection programs prior to using Kaspersky). With the other virus protection programs, I still got viruses. But since I've been using Kaspersky, I've never gotten one. So when I bought a new personal computer, I didn't hesitate to get Kaspersky & I didn't even think about activating the free virus protection (different program) that came with the computer.

I'm not a kid raised with an electronic device from the cradle so installing and using this program was a challenge to me. My younger computer "consultant" assured me I needed this program or another one to protect my computer and accounts. It seems to be working. I'm supposed to be able to use it with my phone and tablet but have yet to try installing it on those two.

I chose this product to go with my new hp spectre x360 15" ultrabook. This is the first time I have used Kaspersky, and I have found it to be trouble free and to have a very small footprint on my new computer. I was careful to follow all the recommendations about removing the existing protection suite before installing Kaspersky, and have had no issues in the 3 weeks since then. It is a good product.

I prefer not to install Internet Security. My computer already has the sufficient amount of security

At times I keep getting messages that are very confusing to me as I'm not a computer person. When I try to fix the problem that it tells me I have I always run into a road block when trying to fix it. I'm not able to access where I need to get. It tells me it send me an email with a number that I need to be able to access where I need to go. Never get the email.

Seems to work OK. No huge impact on system performance, barely noticeable unless it's updating and scanning. It stopped some malware when a typo took me to the wrong web site. I had Bitdefender before and will likely go back to that after this 3 month trial expires. It has a few more features I liked. But you can't really go wrong with Kaspersky either.

It was Ok the second time. The rep. helped me to make sure that I was secured. The first one that I brought one, it was fine for about 6 months and then it had a virus, so I had to drop it off. I had protection on everything. manager helped me to get my store credit until I figured out which other computer I was going to purchase.

The interface is easy to use and works well with my windows 10 operating system. It's easy to install. However, like every anti virus program it is too intrusive. It pops up windows telling me to restart my computer when it's not convenient and the scheduled scans always end up running when I'm using my computer. Not at the scheduled time.

I did not buy the laptop because of this product, but it did help induce me to complete the purchase and pick this one. The software was easy to install and seems to work fine., The problem with rating this is, I hope I never find out it doesn't work. So I will only give it 4 stars for now and re-review in a few months of use

I have been using Kaspersky internet/anti-virus security for several years. The interface can be a tap wonky at time but it has kept our various computers clean from infection. The MyKasperky site allows you to monitor and update connected computers remotely which has been a desirable feature to keep the family computers current

It keeps out certain virus' and i needed something to protect the kids computers.

This came with 3 months free when buying my laptop. It's nice they threw it in. It works well. I don't do too much besides gaming online. That being said I don't need the crazy of a virus protection product. It doesn't good full scans. Quick scans. And asks me about pop ups and downloads. Overall satisfied with the product.

Not the best choice Takes too much space very slow and slows down the computer

I love this internet security. Maybe that is because I got 3 licenses for free when I purchased a laptop 3 or 4 years ago. AT any rate I thought it worked fine during the free period. I did not renew it, but that is only because my cable provider gives me McAvee Security Suite for free on all my internet devices. If I did not now get McAvee for free I would definitely consider Kaspersky again. I am told it uses less PC resources than some of the other protections out there.

Works ok but not great. Better than some programs but still needs some work.

It's a decent antivirus and does very well when tested. Didn't slow down my computer after it was installed. However I don't see any other great benefit because I don't use the extra services it provide. If it wasn't free I probably wouldn't buy it. They are many other free antivirus that just good at detection.

These days one really should take the time to use protection. I found the Kaspersky package easy to install and am comforted by the scans and protection. Had a concern that this software would have a huge footprint, as so many do, but computer is new, with lots of space, so no problems for now. Recommend purchase.

I've used Kaspersky for a number of years. I was already a registered owner when I received this free copy with our new computer. Kaspersky has always given us great protection from viruses, even when some in our home were not as careful as I would like! I think you'll be covered well with this program!

I have only had problems with using kaspersky after my computer had gotten so old and started breaking down on all programs and finally had to purchase a new computer so it would accept kaspersky update but was not kaspersky fault it was just an old comupter no longer accepting updates and or new programs

It's not as bad and invasive as McAfee in terms of getting in your way and slowing down your machine. It also seems to be checking for updates on a regular basis which is assuring. I haven't had any Malware or viruses in a very long time to know so I can't speak for the strength of its algorithms.
