Purchased a new desktop and this software was recommended by The Geek Squad. I had been using Norton for years but for some reason since it's last upgrade with Identity Safe it began to really slow down my performance and the Vault was unresponsive once opened. I gave this a try and it's works great. It's fast and has the password thing as well. Just really getting to know it but it is a far cry better than Norton. The desktop came with Mcafee but the reviews were better for this one.

The security soft ware user id dvd case with no dvd was offered to me when purchasing my lab top. The price was a no brainer and it also allows me to secure 2 other electronic devices such as my tablet or even my phone if I chose to however find that to not with the effort, i will download this security id number to my mother's lab top though and hold onto the 3rd in case i buy another electronic device with the following year that would benefit from this security against viruses

I like the security but I wonder if it slows the operation of my computer. I've been having some difficulty with computer speed since I added it. Not sure if it's related to that or not. My internet in relation to my other computers and devices have all been slow in the last week or so.

I have been using Kaspersky for over 10 years and it works fantastic. Only problem is that the start date for use starts when you buy computer, not when it is installed. I had a 2 year version that could not be used with out discarding Best Buy version. Great for first time users

This is a renewal of an existing subscription, though was not able to have it tacked on to what I have now, such that I lost three months of subscription time. I assume the system has been working, though am not certain what, if any, viruses I have avoided due to its performance.

I purchased Kaspersky software for the first time when I had a nasty virus on my PC and it found and killed it. I have it on several family PCs now. Sometimes I am annoyed with the popups telling me I'm at risk while using Firefox or Chrome, but I have not gotten any virus.

This program is good but if you download all the recommended files and activate them you might hit a glitch. I was able to use a hidden tool on the computer to fix it thankfully but it has stopped everything that is not registered better than other similar software.

Kaspersky is already a house hold name in computer security. What makes this product even better was the fact that I got it Free!!! Yes I did it Free!! With my purchase of the 2016 MacBook pro 15 inch. Keeping all of my personal information safe and computer efficient!

Had to remove and reinstall 3 times on one PC and twice on another PC. Wasn't able to get it activated on Android tablet. Wasn't clear on some instructions. Was able to get 2 PC's activated finally. I like Kaspersky and will use again. I hope it is easier next time.

I purchased the Kaspersky Internet Security not knowing that they no longer give you the the installation CD in the box. You have to through the Geek Squad to install it. I had lots of problems getting it installed as I was being passed from one person to another as it seems like most of them did not know how to install it. I needed it installed on two computers, and it took me almost 5 hours to get it done. I will not be buying this from Best Buy in the future. If I cannot buy the Kaspersky with the cd included , I will buy something else. I am very disappointed with the Geek Squad!

I have used KIS since 2008, and it performs well. Although, I did have a number of performance issues when I upgraded the O/S to Win 10. The one big complaint I have is trying to get thru to tech phone support . I only call after I've tried to resolve the issue.

Kaspersky Security for this computer has been great!! I was so used to Norton, but this is actually really easy. I like the security features when accessing bank websites, in addition to easy to understand parental controls. The only thing that was frustrating was fixing the secure features on banking sites by changing BIOS settings. It has fixed the problem, but the change isn't recognize by Kaspersky and constantly flags the "issue".

This Internet Security Software was included with my purchase of a MacBook Air. I had to deactivate some of its features because it wouldn't let me access any website. I believe it's not needed for a mac, but I recommend it for Windows and Android devices.

This is the third time I bought Kaspersky for my online protection. Its has served me well for over 5 years and I will continue buying it nto the future. There are others out there but I like Kaspersky because its easy and doesn't frustrate me like some do.

I already use Kaspersky Internet Security and have used on several laptops. Works well for me and I have trusted for years. User friendly console and you can customize settings and virus checks to fit your needs. Love the protected browser feature for banking and online purchases.

Kaspersky Internet Security 2017 came with the Samsung Tablet that I bought for my wife. Installation was easy. It is only for a 6 month term not 1 year as advertised. This is my first time using Kaspersky and have not encountered any issues so far.

Like that it is recommended by Geek Squad. We have used the services from the geek squad multiple times already because my parents are in their 80's and even though they are pretty tech savey they still need help sometimes when something quirkey happens.

I have been using Kaspersky Internet Security for several years. It is easy to use and seems to protect my system from from security threats when you keep it up to date and run it often. My only complaint is the it seems to slow the system somewhat.

I have used this product now for a couple years and have had no majors problems on both mac and a windows computer. The only down fall is on renewal. I suggest waiting until the day after it expires to renew, and then uninstall old and reinstall new.
