My husband installed the product onto our computer and was having a hard time. He called the Customer Service, and the rep spent 2-3 hours with him on the phone, trying to solve the issue. He finally figured it out, then had to do the same thing with the laptop. The rep was extremely patient and helpful, and now I feel like my PCs are secure.

I feel like this program is much better than Norton, you get better more protection I feel like when using this on your computer and when purchasing something online you can go into another screen where someone is hacked on your computer will take your information from your credit card. I love that feature.

I am upset because I don't have the privilege to return something that doesn't work for a year. It makes me feel unwelcome and there are times when I can't shop best buy because I am black listed. Best buy has neat stuff and I have a credit card

Used Norton & Trend Micro in the past, so with a recommendation from Best Buy staff, I wanted to give Kaspersky a try. Before I dive into this review, I just want to say that this product didn't work for me, but may have worked flawless with others, so my review is a little biased based upon my experience. With that said...Right off the bat it didn't work for me. In the middle of the Installation process, my computer got hung up & after 45 minutes of reading: "Install less than a minute to go", I just shut it off & told myself to try later. Wasn't able to do it later either because now my keyboard wouldn't even work! Mouse worked, but not keyboard! So, I had gone into work & went online to look for a solution how to fix the problem & read reviews & there were many reviews about keyboard issues with this software! It states that I could download the necessary information onto a flash drive to then upload onto my computer, (since this software didn't come with a disc) so I had spent over 2 hours doing just that, to find out, it was all for nothing. Get home to upload the info off the flash drive & get to a point where I need to input information, but not sure how without a working keyboard (this I will find out later from the tech that I had a 'virtual keyboard' that I didn't even know I had). So since I couldn't upload the flash drive info, I had contacted a Kaspersky Techs (whom by the way, were AWESOME!) & for $49.99 & about 2+ hours later, 2 techs got my keyboard up & running & asked if I wanted to re-install Kasapersky, but I politely declined & went with Webroot. While talking with the first tech I had told him about the flash drive part & he said that they don't even do that anymore.
