The Kate Spade iPhone cases offer a wide variety of styles, from the more subtle to the really eye-catching. The one I purchased is more toward the subtle end of the scale, and confines the brand identification to the playing card symbol for a spade rather than "Kate Spade" written out, a plus in my mind. The bottom of the case is very open, giving good access to the connections, microphone, and speaker. The only drawback is that the "off" switch is covered, and is a little too difficult to activate through the case.

I really love this case, it is so pretty. I have dropped my phone a few times and it is till perfect. Great case!

Super cute design and relatively functional. The silicone bumper protects the buttons from gunk and the hard shell offers some protection. Not meant for people who need otterbox type cases but provides protection from the occasional drop. Shell scratches easily but the black color masks the scratches.
