Side buttons reacts properly. Haven't had a drop test yet to comment on the durability or quality, but it is pretty to look at

I bought this for my new Galaxy Note 20 Ultra, because it is partly clear, and also has a nice, embellished floral design. It was on sale, so very inexpensive. I wanted to see the color of my phone thru the case, along with the design. I wish it had a rubber "gasket" surrounding the phone, becuase in actual use, you have to be careful not to let the phone slipout of your hand. BUT, you know that going in when you buy a basic case like this. Does the job.
